First if you use the vacuums use the ones under the cover. The ones out in the open suck, or should I say dont. I started out there this time because the other ones were full. I ended up moving and re-vacuuming my car, because the first ones didnt work as well. Then, while detailing my car I noticed a lot of places that didnt get clean that I thought should have. You can see the pictures my back window, side windows and the bugs left on the front window. I guess I will go back to washing it myself, save myself money and actually get it clean.

Most guys have been there outside cleaning cars for 10+ hrs! I looked around and saw a guy on a rollator (injured I assume) cleaning up and I said wow that's dedication. I was told it was the GM. I then proceeded to tell that young man the leader I saw in him. His team reflected his energy and dedication I was so impressed. If I owned this business I'd want to know that even when I'm not looking the team works at optimal level Incredible! I'll be back! I didn't even mention how beautiful my vehicle looked

They do both exterior and interior (at an added cost) cleaning. They also have free vacuum stations with included re-used microfiber towels, combo interior/exterior detail spray, air hose to top off your tire pressure, free windshield washer fluid, and a 'tornado' style air gun to help loosen carpet dust while you vacuum. I would be careful about using the laundered - but re-used microfibers on your car paint since I've seen others use them to clean their wheels! All that brake dust and road debris would definitely not all washed out in a washer after use - and would not be good for your paint. I'm sure though that people go through the automated wash for convenience and not to keep their car 100% scratch free anyways. The towels are definitely cycled through a lot, because the 'fresh' ones that are brought out to refill the detailing station are all still slightly damp.

No paper in the pump. Had to go inside to get a copy of my receipt. Two people working but only one could pull a receipt. Some delay in the transaction. Now pressed for time. Shell needs better supervision of the stand alone retail outlets.
