I have a Corolla that I bought after college that has been with me through thick and think and I completely love her. Although it is not some fancy Ferrari, Lamborghini or Tesla that I've been secretly eyeing (what?! nothing, I wasn't looking!), I still try to pamper my girl as best as I can! Over the pandemic summer of 2020, due to all the fires, the interior of my car was quite dusty and stained with sweat from driving in the heat wave, so I searched all over Yelp (where it was super convenient to request quotes), and came across Steam Pro Mobile Detailing. I love how the website has pre-set packages for interior steam cleaning: - Basic ($100): Surface clean and sanitation - Intermediate ($150): Surface clean and steam sanitation with mild spot cleaning - Extra ($200): Heavy duty cleaning By selecting one of these packages, it saved me time having to discuss and itemize each service desired. I was a bit shy to choose the Extra service for my Corolla, but when Brett arrived (after sending an email the day before and text reminder first thing in the morning), he was super cool and understanding, treating my car as if it was a Ferrari. He said he has seen cars of all different sizes and shapes. That really made me feel a lot better (and nice!) that he didn't mind. And secretly I was proud my Corolla was getting the same treatment as a luxury car. Brett did a wonderful job steam cleaning the interior of the car, and the entire process took ~ 2.5 hours in our driveway. During this time, it included thorough vacuuming of interior, shampooing of carpets and upholstery (for those areas that all-season mats don't cover), deep cleaning of seats (take THAT sweat and salt!), interior steam cleaned, plastic surfaces wiped down and windows cleaned. I didn't know the service also included the trunk, and I forgot the empty out the trunk, but Brett was in the process of helping me. He also cleaned my dusty all-seasoned matts as the last step. After my experience, I recommended my fiance to get the same package for his car, and we had booked an appointment, but unfortunately it had to reschedule by Steam Pro; however, we very much look forward to our upcoming appointment. Both my Corolla and I thank Brett and the Steam Pro team for the mobile spa treatment, and recommend them for any of your interior, exterior steam clean or mobile detailing needs. read more

Today was my second time having Brett & his company steam clean my car and like before, it was an exceptional job. Setting up an appointment online was really easy, and I opted for the mini-detailing package for 2 hours during a time when I was at work. I got a couple e-mail reminders leading up to today, and it was cool there was an additional text one as well. Brett showed up at my job's parking lot early, and began work on my car as soon as I handed off the keys. It was nice he asked if there were any areas/things I wanted focused on, so be sure to let him know if you do (me, all those lingering bird spots). A little less than 2 hours later, he sent me a text and it was done. The car looked really clean (all those clear windows & the roof) and there were areas he did that I did not realize needed some cleaning like my wheels/hubcaps (awesome). Interior-wise all the mats and seat cracks were vacuumed, and I'm glad he was able to get all those layers of dust I had off my passenger side dashboard. So once again, great job. Incredible service by Brett! I found Steam Pro by googling interior cleaning in San Diego. Reviews looked stellar so I went ahead and booked an appointment. The process was easy. I got a confirmation of my appointment through text, and on the day of, Brett sent me a message that he was on his way. I paid for the $150 interior service. I never steamed my car before. I also returned from a snowboarding trip so my car was full of dirt, has dark stains from coffee or soda, and one of my seats had gum stuck to it! I was a little embarrassed, but Brett was super nice about it! The overall process took about 2 hours, and I loved the results! My car looks so clean, almost brand new! I had a bad experience with a Groupon for interior deep cleaning for my 2007 Corolla a few years ago, in which the company became 'too busy' to actually fulfill upon my purchase and then stopped answer phone calls! So I had put off taking forward action since then. Finally, as I sat amidst a very dirty car, I couldn't take it any long and chose Steam Pro Mobile Detailing because 1) they'll come to you and 2) they use steam to sanitize as well as clean all surfaces. Brett was early and stayed until the job was done! He texted me to let me know he was finished. When I laid eyes upon my beloved car, I felt so happy! My seats looked brand new, the carpets were great, and the smallest details were taken care of (like cup holders, etc)... a stark contrast to what it looked like before (made me realize how dirty my car actually was, eek!)...
