Tony and his crew did a phenomenal job with my house siding (August 2023). I had bids from 5 other siding contractors and companies, but went with Tony because he was the most professional, answered all my questions, looked at my house and garage thoroughly, gave me the best price, and to crown it all the new siding came repainted ~ almost the same color as my existing siding ~ so that I could cross that project off my list! The other contractors who had come didn't even mention this, so I faced an extra job and fee with them! The crew was great, they were so hard working, as well as experienced and knowledgable. The first day they tore off all the old siding, and in the next week+ they replaced any rotten boards, weatherproofed everything, put up the new siding and trim, and left the place super tidy at the end of every day. Tony walked around with me on the last day, and any outstanding little final touch-ups were done. Some neighbors and other passerby have even said how great it all looks now. Before, the old siding was peeling, dull and warped. Now it all just looks wonderful and really high quality! I hired Revive Exteriors after getting new siding and painting bids from six other siding companies - and it couldn't have been a better decision. Unlike other companies that provided bids, Tony took the time to explain every detail of the job and was happy to educate me when necessary. Having your home siding done can be daunting, as there really is no effective way of knowing what lurks behind your current siding (think dry rot). While other companies simply stated "extra charges" for resolving any dry rot found, Tony was able to surmise from inspection that there would be little to no dry rot... and he was right on the money. I had to gauge my budget based on his expertise... needless to say I was able to stay within my budget! The amount of detail the Revive Exteriors crew put into their job left me breathless. I literally could not find one problem with any of the work they performed. These folks aren't simply "workers", they are artists! I spoke with each of his team members and can say these are not men pulled from a "labor ready" office. I would recommend Revive Exteriors without question. They did a new siding job on our house. I had other estimates, and they were about the same as the other estimates. But unlike the others, Tony came out several times, just to look at the project , just stare at the problem area. The house was leaking badly , on one side only. He was the only contractor who said, we have to replace the windows on that side. If we don't , i believe the new siding will not stop the leak completely. As it turned out, he was 100% correct. The windows were installed so that there was a defect, and it would have continued leaking. Again, he was the only one who noticed this. The crew worked thru all sorts of weather. They were professional and courteous. Tony works with them - he is not the type that you never see again, once the job begins. He took extensive pictures of the house, so that the trim could be re-created, exactly as it was . Revive Exteriors did a wonderful job on my home and made look anew. Revive Exteriors was one of six different bids we received to replace the siding and windows on our home and to paint it. We also had them re-roof a section of our roof and fix a leak. Revive Exteriors wasn't our smallest bid but Tony was the contractor that made the best impression on my husband and myself and the cost was definitely worth it. They started a few weeks earlier than we had expected and finished within the time frame promised. A majority of the work was completed by Max and Ben; they were great through the whole process. I asked a lot of questions which they answered with patience and courtesy. A few more crew members were brought on to help install the new siding. They were all very hardworking and professional and got the installation done quicker than I ever could have imagined. The paint crew came in and did a wonderful job and also finished very quickly.
