There are two quiet areas, one would be nice if you came with a group of friends, but it allows you to have separation from others if desired. My only concern: Jessica is the only nail technician so there is no way to book a pedicure with a friend. There are also no nail services on Fridays or Saturdays. Seems an opportunity to me.

She told me that I should have looked on the city's website to see what the city had going on for that day and that I would have to pay since I didn't give 24 hours notice and again pointed out that she left Me a message the morning of my appointment. I pointed out that her mess wasn't 24 hours before my appointment and I should be able to reschedule. She refuses to reschedule me and charged me for my missed appointment. She hydrated my skin, did a mini chemical peel (one with no downtime), microbladed my face (gets rid of all dead skin/hair/helps you be glowy), and did laser genesis to stimulate collagen and kill bacteria (potential acne). I consider that a good thing, because this means lots of other people also love her services as much as I do. I have started to book 3 appointments at a time so that I get the frequency and time slots that I want.
