I'd gone with my daughter who had the opposite experience. There were a lot of distractions, phones ringing, the masseuse was in and out of the room, etc. There's no consistency. It's simply luck of the draw, whoever happens to show up for work that day is who you end up with. I'll pay a bit more and get a consistently professional experience from here on out.

I arrived 30 minute earlier because I wasn't sre about where the place or what the parking situation was. But...there was nothing to worry about at all! Safe parking area, etc! I had a male massage therapist and he was good! He did check in with me quite a bit on how I was doing and what I preferred. Honestly, with all the hot towels, warm pillows, hot stones, and all the massages all over, I felt on cloud 9.
