Had install done which was fine. During the sales pitch Jorge never mentioned that if you have 5k internet would not match up with system. I called Jorge several times but no return calls. His sales pitch was he would come back after install to help with setting up on phones, i-pad or whatever we needed. No response. Lights seem to work fine but I have to reset daily. It's been nearly 3 months since they replaced all of our grass. Took up all existing grass and laid new sod - 10,000 sq ft. The lawn looks GREAT. I, and all the neighbors enjoy it very much and I get compliments all the time. 99.9% is in perfect condition. Just about 10 sq ft that needs some work. But I consider that a success. Called and told them what was going on. They said they only do repairs on Saturdays and would call me when they could get me in. 2 weeks go by, still no call. So I called them. They said they would "fit me in" on the following Saturday which would make it 3 weeks since I called. Made a 2pm appointment because we weren't going to be home until then. They come at 11am...? Waited until 2:30pm, called no answer. The manager called me back and we made an "appointment" at 9am for the following week. 4 weeks after I called orginally! I've now used these guys a few times and they never disappoint! After helping solve a water drainage issue in our backyard our landscaping needed a drastic upgrade. Mitch came out and walked the entire property talking through each aspect of the project (we had a ton to do: 6500 sq ft of weeds/crabgrass to take up and replace with new sod, stump removal, tree trimming, mulching, etc.). Mitch did an awesome job walking through each aspect of the job while taking notes/photos to relay to the project manager. Once they started the job Pablo was the project manager overseeing the job and he was great. He and his team were always on time, worked incredibly hard, and always kept me updated on where they were at in the project. There were nights that Pablo and team stayed until 8pm just to stay on track with timing (again this was a huge job). They were overall extremely nice and couldn't have been more professional. All said and done our yard is completely transformed and went from being an eye sore to the nicest yard on the block. I do not recommend this company. While they might APPEAR to do good work, they fall short in customer service. They did some work on my backyard last fall buy once the winter was over and settling occurred from the snow, the real issues emerged. I called Patrick to fix the issue and he partially blamed us for something they didn't do properly. I setup weekly lawn mowing services and some landscaping tasks with Patrick from RYL back in April of this year. Patrick was very pleasant and seemed competent to handle the task's so I paid up front $3,300.00 for the work (MISTAKE!) I cant put into words how bad this company treated my lawn and myself , I finally fired them on August 1st, and they still showed up on August 8th and mowed my lawn :) It took them almost 2 months to refund my $$ and it wasnt even close to what they actually owed me Steer clear of these clowns read more

After my last review the owner of the company finally called me and left a voicemail "let's figure this refund out". The calls would always be while I am at work and when I called back he would be out on a job. I finally answered at work -first he apologized for the way the fired employee "failed to communicate" with me...he said he just stopped by and our lawn was in "pretty bad shape" . He offered to "resolve the issue" and I informed him that I no longer wish to have their services and will be hiring someone else. I asked for a partial refund (for the failed services of fertilization treatment, dethatching, power raking and overseeding- about half of what I paid) and was told he would look at my account and get back to me but in addition, can they do something to make up for the damage. I said, sure, if you can come down and take care of the weeds that have taken over I would appreciate it but I'm fine with just a partial refund. There were no attempts made to fix anything. Next call I get, again while I'm at work- well, we can't remove the weeds from your lawn, but may be just your garden beds... and why did you want the refund again? Let me look at your account and call you back. I finally get another call today, again during my work hours. This time I'm being told that those services are not typically what they refund for. Then he gets to the point...the negative yelp review...what can we do so you can take it down? After 15 min of back and forth I said I cannot have this conversation at work. Then he sends me an email explaining that the overseeding and dethatching did not yield results because the lawn was not being watered (My water bill proves otherwise) and that the fertilization didn't work because we were on an organic plan when we needed to be on a chemical one. Then I started getting texts about the same thing. I have had it with this company. Not only were they incompetent in completing the job, they have been absolutely unprofessional and dishonest. I cannot believe how much time I have wasted trying to communicate with them. I don't want any one else to have to go through this and will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. read more

We hired revive your lawn to sod our back yard. We have a lot of shade , a couple of dogs, and a neighbor with lots of pine trees. Patrick came out to give us a quote ( which by the way was very reasonable) and he immediately knew by looking at our lawn what kind of sod would work and what would not. We had a little delay getting the work done with all of the rain that we had. Once the job was assigned, Mark, our crew chief did a great job keeping us updated on the progress of the job. Patty, in the office, did a great job calling me back if I had a question with scheduling. Please be careful when using this company. They billed me for services they claimed were done when it was clearly obvious to me that it was not (i.e. aeration and power raking). If you're going to hire them, just make sure you're there to see that they actually complete the work. I will never use their services again or recommend them to anyone. Especially since when I spoke with them about my concerns, they were very rude and condescending towards me. read more
