When I reached out, they pushed the time (without taking any ownership of the mistake), and a random detail service ("Spiffy") showed up at my house, who had no idea I did not place the order (I guess they used my PII to place the order). Spiffy only did a basic wash (which I could've done myself or paid $18 for), and Royal Aces has yet to make this right. Zero telephone communication (you get a voicemail). Incorrect address on web site (there is no location at Snider Plaza). Cryptic texts every few days, then no communication after many weeks of follow up.
