This company contracts out technicians who pick up jobs to do. There are no reliable techs who want to work. In the past five days, I have had the techs be no-shows or cancel at the last minute, and I mean LAST MINUTE. I had an appointment set for 5 pm today. The tech told dispatch he was running late, and I got an alert to track him on the map. He would be here around 7:30. Cancelled at 7 pm. I have had four different assigned techs since I scheduled a few days ago. As the customer, all you can do is contact someone mainly through chat. You can not contact the tech directly and end up with the same people on the chat. They send copy-paste-style messages with the same excuses over and over. I finally decided to cancel because I'm not waiting around every day for someone reliable to finally appear.
