I came here numerously to buy Powerball, mega, lottery and scratch tickets. Every time, I would need to wait for the owner to finish looking at his cellphone; approximate 1 minute. Then he looks at you. I tell him $2. Lottery, he punches the number and put the ticket onto counter. Takes he money. No smile or thank you. Worst service ever.
