It is a small operation putting out a high quality product in a small town environment. Everyone that works there is so nice and personable. So we found the place with Yelp and I am a sucker for small bbq places. We walked in and were greeted as we entered the door by two very nice women. They insisted on carrying the tray out for us. Epic- the brisket was tender, juicy and perfectly smoked. The bark was great, had a touch of spice on the back end. The sausage was perfect.
