I'd like to give a shoutout to both Adriana and Leyla! I've come twice this week after discovering Rewaxation and I must say they do fantastic work. Adriana did my Brazilian (sugaring) and while we didn't get all of the hairs (some were too short due to my previous trimming habits, not her fault-- she offered to do some plucking as well) the process was relatively painless and sugaring might be my new go-to hair removal process for Brazilians. I was such a big fan of the results I decided to get my legs waxed today and Leyla was amazing. She's a great conversationalist and the wax went pretty quickly, I was in and out of the door before I knew it. That being said, while this felt quick-- it was a thorough and efficient job. Probably the best leg wax I've ever gotten. For both of my waxes, they put on an oil and lotion after which made me silky smooth which felt great. I usually go there for sugaring brazilian, but today I received the worst service ever. I decided to go with Kelly because I didn't find any spot available with Alex. Kelly was really unpleasant, she didn't say any words during the service and, when I asked her just an opinion at the end, she looks like annoying by me. She was also really fast (my service lasted 10 minutes) and not very meticulous even though I did a simple bikini/betweeny wax. I didn't tip her because I think I didn't receive a good service, not just for the service itself but also for her attitude. I hope to find a different environment the next time. read more

I was recommended to come here by a friend not necessarily because I was looking for a waxing place but just to try! I didn't know what to expect but other client reviews made me hopeful! I've been coming here now for about 7 months and I LOVE coming here! I've had three different estheticians here but I typically see Alex. However, all three girls I've seen (Alex, Liz, and Artrecia) have been so professional/fun to talk to/make you feel comfortable. My appointments are always on time and are super fast. I typically go on my hour long lunch break and am able to get the appointment done + travel time within that hour. I've never left feeling like it was a rushed visit and am always satisfied with results. I've also never had any issues with in grown hairs/irritation/etc. so the quality and professionalism is definitely there! They offer return customer pricing which I love but sometimes I miss it because of scheduling - I believe you have to make it within a 4 week period. They also offer a cash discount so when I miss my return customer pricing I pay $60 (not including tip - pls tip your estheticians) for Brazilian sugaring. I have never had to wait, services are fairly priced, booking online is easy and I actually look forward to my visits. I also find it particular easy to get appointments during off hours or evenings when I need them. During Covid, I have to say I felt VERY safe. They have you send a text at arrival, then wait outside/in your car and only have you come in when they are ready. They temp check and offer hand sanitizer and everyone is masked. Plus, you're separated from your aesthetician by a full on plastic sheet hanging from the ceiling. Kudos to them on keeping things uber clean and safe. read more

Sigh. I've been going to Rewaxation since 2018 after moving back to. I will say that both locations are clean and welcoming. The waxing staff here is top notch, out of the 40 or 45 waxes I've received here I've only be dissatisfied twice! However the last time that I came for my usual Brazilian, I got cut on my most intimate area. In the moment, I felt like something wasn't right but I just chopped it up to the normal pain of waxing. It wasn't until I got home to use the restroom and wiped did I see blood on my tissue. The bleeding took about 14 hours to stop. However, I'm willing to accept that accidents happen and I thought it would be pretty simple to get a refund, well not so much. I first wanted to talk to the owner about the issue but never made contact despite two attempts. Eventually the front desk receptionist offered my next wax free but I here I am with a cut vagina and the thought of going back was too much so I declined and asked a refund of my service that went awry. The front desk staff didn't want to believe anything I said. They deflected by mentioning an ingrown hair that I had but that wasn't the issue nor was it bleeding. That was weird! There were awkward pauses on the phone and it seemed like the general manager was there but was communicating with the receptionist on the side? Idk idk! I know the the owner reads these reviews so I'm sure I'll get a length reply. It truly was just the way that they approached the situation, and I got frustrated over the phone which was not right and I apologized to the receptionist however she had a enough and hung up on me. Honestly, that's fair I did get frustrated with her but not once were curse words or yelling exchanged (on both parts). I did get a call back from the waxer who did give me the wax that cut me, and she apologized and wanted to make sure that I was good. I really appreciated that and never was it my intention to get the waxer in trouble, do I think it's something they should be informed about to potentially avoid in the future? Yes. But I really just wanted a refund to a pretty jarring experience. All in all, I did get my refund and that will be the last time I step foot in any Rewaxation. To me, it's simple: I get a wax + I sustain an injury from that wax = refund. Also, the fact that a woman (myself) called into a woman owned business about something extremely intimate and not to mention, embarrassing and then you get met with push back, confrontation and lack of empathy -- it's definitely a no for me anymore. read more

Many things to say but I am going to try to keep it short. 1. Why tell customers to come 15 minutes early to not let them inside & have them stand in the cold until the second their appointment starts. In a previous review the business owner says it's because they don't have someone at the front desk... but I was making eye contact with someone at the front desk the entire 15 minutes... 2. It's not $50 off your first Brazilian it's a $50 Brazilian which I was not aware of until I was paying. 3. I have had so many waxes before & I have never struggled with much in growns, but I decided to try sugaring because I hear it's better for you and also helps prevent in growns. It's been almost 2 weeks & I have spotted at least 15 in grown hairs. I have done the same things as I normally do after a wax. It's absolutely insane I am in this much pain from a wax that is supposed to prevent it these. The lady doing my wax is as very friendly and it seemed like a clean place so I am disappointed to say I will never be coming back. read more
