I bought a pair of 150$ bogs hunting boots with a 30 day warranty and they randomly rip 3 days later somehow under snow pants. I was given a receipt and I was told if there was any problems bring them back for an exchange, so I go in to bring them back and the owner was working and she told me that she could not do anything for me (pity pattered around replacing the brand they warranty ) so i didn't argue I just said I know WHERE I'LL NEVER BUY BOOTS AGAIN!!! read more

Local businesses encourage locals to shop local. We really enjoyed shopping at Rex's however after spending $262 dollars there five weeks ago the pair of work shoes which were $120 dollars began to disassemble. At the purchase I was advised to keep the receipt; which I did; and to just bring them back if there is an issue. They were worn doing light construction work primarily indoors. Needless to say we were offered no assistance and the owner dismissed us and was disinterested in accommodating. read more
