I've recently purchased a Palliser leather sectional (11 weeks for delivery) an Ashley white wood bedroom set (on delivery 4+ weeks still), decor pieces, rugs, lamps. I go for the quality pieces and I know that if I stick with the best brands, that cost a little more, then I'm happy for many years. I deal with Debbie Ingram; she's been there a long time and she's great! Cousin Roger always beats the prices that she quotes me, so that's super awesome too!

We bought 6 household appliances in September 2018. This week one of the appliances (microwave…read morehood) is defective. It can no longer function at all, as soon as it is plugged in it blows the circuit breaker and electrical sparks damaging the electrical outlets. This manufacturing defect is a huge risk of fire. We called the Accent Meuble store in Mont Laurier today (04/30/2020) to be told that since this purchase was made more than a year ago, the merchant can do nothing. According to them, we can only do business with the manufacturer only. Absolutely absurd that an electro manager is in major default after 18 months and that the merchant washes his hands! We are going to post a review on all social media and start the process with the Office de la Protection du Consommateur du Québec.

I was 8 weeks without a washer while they tried to fix it, the first time I bought it. It was finally replaced (less than a year old) and this one has broken down 2 times (a little over a year old). This washer should be taken off the market or this store needs to offer a longer warrantee than a year! I'm buying another washer but not from Wilson's.

We take the day off work today (Oct 12) for the deliver and nothing.no call no nothing. We call and out order has now been put off till Oct 26 for the chairs and sometime in December for sofa. They did not call us to reschedule so we basically took a day of work for nothing. Their solution? pic out something already on the floor. So we get to choose for stuff people have been sitting on for years. Horrible customer service and I will never, Never shop there again. the staff is useless. they old us a sales person would help us pick out something new. We waited for 11.5 minutes (I timed it) and no one came to help us. We left and will not be back. Terrible store and service.

My wife and I experienced a homophobic situation at The Brick Cornwall last week. We had purchased…read moreour appliances there in 2015 and it was a good experience. Last Friday, we went back to update our stovetop and oven and we were ready to purchase. The salesman asked my wife "are you friends"? While she found it inappropriate we continued and were ready to return to the store to make the purchase early this week. Then, as were were ready to leave the store, he suddenly announced, "I can only give you these prices until Monday."? We knew we couldn't return until Tuesday so we didn't bother. We then realized that perhaps he saw our rings while we were at his desk discussing the prices? He seemed uncomfortable with us and he was no longer willing to help us make the purchase. I will not be returning to The Brick Cornwall. Nothing like our first experience.
