Where to begin!? There is nothing good to say about this store except it is close to Cafe Bizou. There is absolutely no attempt on the owner's part to make shopping there a good experience. Wines have no information or ratings displayed and prices can be missing as well. No advice is ever ever offered. To call it a Jr market is a huge stretch. There is virtually nothing other than beer, liquor and wine other than a very limited variety of cold beverages and some odd bags of chips. Perhaps what bothers me most is that throughout the pandemic, the people behind the register virtually always had to be asked to put on masks! And probably needless to say, they didn't enforce mask wearing for their customers. This was true again the other day. When I asked if they weren't wearing masks, I was told that it was up to me. It is not up to me!! It is mandated and the owner needs to educate his/her employees about their obligations and a bit of science that they see to ignore. The cashier told me that he had been vaccinated as though that exempted him from wearing a mask. Unless you absolutely need to pick up some wine or beer when in this center for other reason, you can do much much better elsewhere - unless you support businesses that ignore legal mandates and are happy to put their employees and customers at risk for COVID. read more

I came in here for a lotto ticket once and discovered they have better than expected prices on lots of candy varieties.

Went into buy some tequila, picked up a bottle with a displayed price of $29.99, the guy at the counter said the price tag is wrong and pointed to a tiny sign posted near his phone charger behind him saying that all bottles from that size are $49.99. That price didn't define what brand or kind of alcohol, nothing. Just a tiny sign written in sharpie hidden behind the cashier next to his phone charger. I asked him to honor the price tag and he refused, he then proceeded to charge me twice on the cash register for the same bottle. The total came out to $118 for a $29 bottle of tequila. I pointed out that he made is a mistake and rang me up twice, but he said no, i only rang it once. And asked me to insert my card. I spelled out the math for him and he said "ohh" then made a speech about how hard it is to correct the transaction, in actuality it's not hard, it's an older cash register where you can literally just subtract the different and I.T auto balances. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They will do everything they can to rip you off and make money off you. read more

My son and I would often stop here after long bike rides during the summers to buy sodas and I liked the lady who usually manned the counter. Today my wife wanted a couple of ciders so we dropped in to pick up a few. The person behind the counter was unpleasant and my wife asked that we never return. We are certainly sympathetic to the tribulations of dealing with the public at large, but when you make a customer feel like they are imposing on your time to buy something....one gets very determined not to come back. I just regret that the nice lady was not there when I brought my wife. read more

I love coming to this liqour store. They always have good specials on wine. Everytime I go in here they usually have a 3 bottles for around 10 bucks. Their beer prices are decent for a liquor store as well. The only minus I can think of from here is their selection of food items is limited. It is definitely more Liquor than Jr Market but still I would recommend it. read more
