Highly recommended and my go to Liquor Store in the Agoura/Calabasas area! I've been coming here for over 30 years! There have been a few different owners, but they always have one main person that you get to know over time. The newest guy running the spot is Eli. He's a friendly guy that greets and talks to you every time you come in and that will help you find anything you need (a lost art these days) If he doesn't carry what you're looking for , he'll order it for you. Hello all let me start off with please don't go here and especially not for Puff Bars (electronic cigarette)(vape)! They are COUNTERFEIT!! I had bought 2 puffs from them and immediately the store employeetold me no refund if it doesn't work because sometimes they are faulty. I said no worries and walked out the store. I hit the puff about 20 times and these are supposed to have up to 300 puffs it was burnt already so I looked up the serial code on the back of the puff and it was a counterfeit puff! Called the manager here spoke to him and told him what happened and he said come in we'll see. Came in and he was mad off the start took my ID and asked rudely what I wanted I showed him the receipt and asked if u can atleast get a refund for one of them he gave me the refund but proceeded to tell the employee who was the same guy working the day I had bought them "ok now you see him don't sell to him". How rude! if anything I'm helping him because either he knows there fake and doesn't care about his customers health, or didn't know and I just helped him figure that out. If I could give this place a negative 5 stars it would most definitely describe the horrible service. I'm from Illinois so I have an out of state ID and the guy working (don't know his position hopefully he's not the owner because they won't stay in business much longer) said I needed a California ID to buy liquor or a passport which I laughed at because I don't carry around a passport since I'm from America.. He then very rudely told me to leave so I drove .2 miles down the street to Vons and got 50% cheaper alcohol and it turns out you can buy alcohol with an out of state ID after all. This is my favorite liquor store to go to because they have everything I need in one spot ! I often come to get my cigars here because they have a humidifying room to keep everything fresh, as well as a glass casing up front for the prepackaged cigarillos! Zack the cashier is always so helpful and friendly to me as well as the main owner! I like that they know what I always get and that they make me feel like a family member as opposed to just a regular customer! Along with a vast alcohol selection they surprised me with the variety in waters they carry, as I love alkaline water and they make sure to have some stocked ! I love this liquor store SO MUCH! Sammy is the absolute best! He always picks the BEST liquor, especially when it comes to WINE! I've gotten numerous scratchers from there and I always win! A lot of my friends have boughten the electronic cigarettes from Sammy and there's never been a problem. So, I'm not sure what Neekou's problem is, but it sounds like you were just having a bad day. Don't blame Sammy or his policy, he's really cool.
