It was a failed heater pump. I also needed a drain and clean since it had been some time that I had used it due to the heater pump issue. Her quoted price was fair and was NOT elevated after the service was performed, as some companies tent to do. Justin came, on time and was scheduled, replaced the faulty part and completed a very thorough drain and clean. The unit looked like new afterwards. I am very happy that I chose Spa Pros.
