I received a "confirmation" from their website for the event that day, but something told me I better confirm verbally everything was good because they didn't give me a confirmation number on the email. I tried calling them at least 4 times over the next two weeks - never answered but finally I received a call back from the female owner who was at the pool with her kids. She told me she thought I should be good, but would call me back the next day - This was the thursday before 4th o July. She never called back and I'm starting to get nervous, because now it's about a month away from the event and I have 100 other things to do. I called 2 more times week of 7/6 and texted. Finally on morning of 7/8 I received a text back stating they will be closed that weekend and can't honor the request. This would have been helpful to know on their website or even after it was booked - but not 3 weeks later. She said they were closing for maintenance and repairs - however, when we were on the phone that Thursday before 4th of July, I heard her ask her husband, "hey babe, are we in town that weekend?" - so not sure i believe the reason for cancelling my booking. Regardless, one month away and I had to find another place to rent what I needed. If I hadn't kept calling and chasing, would they have told me they couldn't honor the request? That would have been a disaster for my sister's bridal wine party. I understand things come up, but asking for basic customer service and and follow up. Called 3 other places this morning and August 8th is fully booked - luckily, I did find one place and received confirmation and call right away. Just saying, confirm your confirmation people!

Beyond that it was so entertaining for the party, the rental was quick, easy, and reliable. The delivery crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and got in and out quickly so I could continue on with my set up. They came when they said they would, the dunk tank was in great condition, and the communication throughout the transaction was great. I would definitely recommend using Blast Off, and will use them again for my next party.

They have competitive pricing. I brought in my own balloons and a few days later when I came to pick them up, they were wonderful. Come to find out, the balloons I brought were not good quality and had some malfunctions, but they made it work and everything looked great!
