Not only did they work with our budget and give us an amazing rate for the service, they made a custom photo-strip graphic that matched our wedding invites to really put the icing on the cake. The booth was set up discreetly during dinner and opened just in time for drinks and dancing and we honestly couldn't imagine our wedding being such an amazingly fun success without it. Great souvenir and they were able to print out multiple prints (if there are 4 in your party, they print out 4 copies so everyone gets one!) they supplied their own props but I can see how this would be perfect for any party or event, themed or otherwise! There is a timer displayed on the screen (4-sec-count) to get into ready position and you are able to take 4 photos (again, 4 sec in between each frame to change poses/props). I received a "confirmation" from their website for the event that day, but something told me I better confirm verbally everything was good because they didn't give me a confirmation number on the email. I tried calling them at least 4 times over the next two weeks - never answered but finally I received a call back from the female owner who was at the pool with her kids. She told me she thought I should be good, but would call me back the next day - This was the thursday before 4th o July. She never called back and I'm starting to get nervous, because now it's about a month away from the event and I have 100 other things to do. I called 2 more times week of 7/6 and texted. Finally on morning of 7/8 I received a text back stating they will be closed that weekend and can't honor the request. This would have been helpful to know on their website or even after it was booked - but not 3 weeks later. She said they were closing for maintenance and repairs - however, when we were on the phone that Thursday before 4th of July, I heard her ask her husband, "hey babe, are we in town that weekend?" - so not sure i believe the reason for cancelling my booking. Regardless, one month away and I had to find another place to rent what I needed. If I hadn't kept calling and chasing, would they have told me they couldn't honor the request? That would have been a disaster for my sister's bridal wine party. I understand things come up, but asking for basic customer service and and follow up. Called 3 other places this morning and August 8th is fully booked - luckily, I did find one place and received confirmation and call right away. Just saying, confirm your confirmation people!

We were on the hunt for a one stop shop for decor for a small backyard party during Covid-19:…read morelights, furniture, rugs, pillows, etc. This turns out it's harder to find than I expected unless you go with the big time players like Kehoe that was a bit pricier than I wanted for this particular party. I loved the rustic look of the furniture Elegant had and their prices were better than most. While they didn't have any rugs or pillows to rent (sigh), their wine barrels were perfection to use as high boys and ended up getting a bunch of their low benches to put together as low tables (to use with floor seating). And they were also able to provide lights for my backyard. While every other vendor told me that postposting due to rain or Covid-19 wasn't an option (say whaaa?) I also liked that they were flexible. The main issue was that getting ahold of them was extremely difficult. If the Yelp reviews didn't give me faith that they'd show in time fo the bash I would have been extremely worried. It took a lot of stalking for both me and my party planner to get a contract, pay for the contract and a date to set everything up. There is an emergency # and found that we had better luck when we called the emergency #. They set everything up a few days in advance so I didn't worry too much about them being a no show. I let them know they needed to come at 7am to get it all done since I was headed out for a busy day and they showed up even a few minutes early. An hour later my yard was lit up beautifully and I was really happy with the look of the furniture for the price. They set it all up on a Thursday morning and said they would be back on Monday to pick it up (also prompt for pick up) so we got to enjoy a long weekend of beautiful lights. While the service leading up to the event wasn't the best, I'd probably still use them since it was smoothly the weekend of the event. However, I'd hope they would be more on top of their communication next time.
