When there is a dress in the window that has a tag of $300+, it pushes it out of reach for most locals, Ripple isn't like that. Also a great cross generational style offered. They give you store credit so if you were buying 100 dollars worth of things you can use only use 50 dollars of store credit and have to pay the rest. On top of all of that I brought in some clothes and gave them my number(they said they'd call me back in a week or less) and they never called me back. I went back in two weeks later and asked if they had gone through my things and they said no, but two of things I brought in were out in the store being sold. A friend of mine also brought in clothes at the same time(three months ago) and they went through mine but not his. He left a message asking what was up with that and they never returned his call. Store hours and days they're open are also so inconsistent. Super disappointed as this is the only used clothing place in town that does "trades". Maybe just advertise what it actually is which is store credit. Also the owner has never once been in when myself or anyone I know has been inside. Its a lazy business to say the least.

The only thing is I wish their carts were a little more practical. They have the smaller really low to the ground carts that don't have a spot for a baby in the top. It was a little difficult to shop with my kiddos, but if you remember to put your stroller in the car (unlike me) it shouldn't be an issue.
