Karl picked us up in a very nice clean bus on time and with a great smile, attitude. We all started popping off the bottles and drank on the way to very exclusive clubs in LA. Once we parked outside of Supperclub, Karl walks us all right in at 11pm prime time with huge lines outside. All of the bouncers treated him like the true Gangster that he is. After an hour or two there, we agree to head out because we wanted a more asian crowd. We all gather on the bus and head out to Metro and again, huge crowds and Karl walks us all in. Towards the end of the night, we all hop back into the bus and one of my drunk girlfriends starts some shit with some random beezy outside the club and they start fighting each other (oh god). But then all of a sudden, its seriously like a mob fight, dudes get in there and everything. Next thing you know, this huge ass dude gets me a headlock *frown face*, 2 seconds later.... #BOOOOOOOOOOOMMM....... KARL GETS OUT OF THE BUS AND JUST KNOCKS ON ALL THE DUDES ON THE OPPOSING SIDE LIKE A NINJA TURTLE MELEE VIDEO GAME!!! He picks up a few of us and puts us all back in the van and makes sure we are all accounted for before we take off. It's almost Terminator 4 status. After all the rukkas we are in the van tending to our wounds and next thing you know, we are home safely. Serpentine Limo is the only limo service I'd ever call again. Jared gave me a great rate for the "small limo" which was a little more special than just the town car and perfect for our party of two. I could secure the limo for pick up at 5:45 (2.75 hours from when I called) and he'd even send some champs with the driver! NICE! Only a few hiccups in a perfectly wonderful evening, which was more than made up for by our driver Anita... She'd arrived just a touch late (10 minutes), she'd forgotten the toll road pass or it wasn't in the vehicle... minor, but we were short on time and cutting it close with traffic. Then, we got a little lost... the GPS was not taking us the right way or quite to the right location (you know how they're off sometimes?) Thankfully, it was no problem and we ended up at our destination just in time without issue. The limo was nice, clean, didn't smell weird (I've been in limos that have and are in poor shape). Anita was friendly and non-intrusive (and I've had many limo drivers who want to just talk your ear off... and I'm a talkative, happy person, so I find it hard to let them know I would rather just be with my husband). Because of our couple of hiccups and our dinner event ended around 10:45 with having already paid until midnight... Anita asked if there was any place else we'd like to go and that she "owed us" an extra half hour for the slightly late start and wrong directions. We took her up on it and she took us to a karaoke bar on our way home for a song or two.
