    Hi! Our Sprinter 11 can fit 11 pax and 14 luggage (large suitcases). We don't count carry-ons and hand bags. But if you have strollers we generally count them as 1 or 2 luggage depending on their size when folded.

    I booked Orange Coast overnight for a celebrity client who had several stops. Initial booking…read moreprocess was smooth, but the night of the service was a disaster. This is what our celebrity client's team reported: - Upon pickup, the car was messy with trash inside and 3 unlatched children's car seats thrown across the 2nd row - The driver notified our talent that it was their first time driving and they "got the job from a friend." When one of my team members entered the car after meeting up with the client these were her firsthand observations: - Malfunctioning sliding door and driver failed to exit the vehicle immediately to open it. - Empty water bottles on the floor causing a fall hazard; my co-worker slipped on one when entering the vehicle. - Empty cans in the back seat pockets. - Children's car seats discarded in 2nd row (no one in our party had children and car seats were NOT requested for this ride). - A bad odor in the car. - They were dropped off at the wrong location even though the driver was notified 3x of the drop-off location. Since it was the airport and we were on a tight timeline, our celebrity client had to walk for approx 10 minutes to the actual drop-off location. - When we tried to exit the vehicle the door got jammed and left us stuck inside until our celebrity client and the driver were able to force it open. - We asked the driver to please be ready at the pickup location by a certain time and we still had to wait 5 minutes outside for him in an unsafe location to arrive. I want to give credit to Greg -- who I called as soon as I was informed of the horrible first leg of the trip (around midnight, since it was an overnight service). He was mortified and apologetic and did everything he could to rectify the situation, but since it was an overnight service he couldn't get us a new driver or car. He did contact our driver to clean up the car and get rid of the car seats, and to my knowledge this did happen. I totally understand the constraints he was under and appreciate his efforts. A few days later, I reached out to the representative who had been handling our booking. I outlined everything I mentioned in this review and quite frankly asked for a refund of some kind, since our client was left feeling unsafe and uncomfortable, the timeline of our work day was affected, and the entire situation reflected extremely poorly on myself and our organization. The service was absolutely unacceptable and caused multiple safety issues throughout the evening. However, I received no response from our representative. I really never leave bad reviews unless it's a matter of safety but I do feel like I have to make this review. I would never recommend this car service to anyone based on the experience our celebrity client and his team had.

Him: are you going to give me an address? me: Um, you don't keep quotes? Him: No. Whats the address? Me: You're being kind of rude and I don't appreciate your tone Him: EXCUSE ME?! Me: You're being rude. Him: *hangs up phone* I called back and it rang and rang and rang and finally he answered and said "what?!" I said "I'd like to speak to a supervisor please" and he said "I'm the owner. Find another service." and hung up on me again. I called back to speak with someone else and he said "DO YOU WANT ME TO CALL THE PHONE COMPANY AND BLOCK YOUR NUMBER?!" I am appalled that anyone would speak to a paying customer this way. We did find a different service. One that's cheaper and more professional. I am livid. I will be writing into their company too. I can't believe that anyone would speak to a customer so rudely and unprofessionally. Needless to say, I don't recommend this "service" unless you feel like being berated.

Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. We asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss our ride, but we were never contacted. Steven our driver back from the airport, on the other hand, was very professional and courteous.
