Flight delayed for an hour! I texted them - NO PROBLEM! They rearranged to accommodate and not to worry! They're tracking the Flight #! 4. Texted Driver TOM was very kind and accommodating. 5. TOM shared some MUST SEE! Was super awesome! **Part 2: 1. Pick up from Anaheim to a second hotel in L.A. 2. I booked a wrong time! My fault! I texted the number and the owner accommodated the last minute change. We then got KEVIN! Kevin even tried to call to see if I was ready he can come early! 3. KEVIN was professional, friendly, and kept us entertained- great personality! 4.Dropped us off and gave suggestions of Must Sees which we truly appreciated. He even called back to confirm some info he promised to relay! I'm sad I wish I booked a TOUR with them, next time! I was a little hesitant/skeptical when I first made my booking for return shuttle as the rates were far more affordable than the competitors. From the beginning of the reservation, communication was easy. I had questions so I was texting and received a quick responses, changes made, everything was seamless. When I arrived to LAX, my driver Tony had already contacted me. Let me know he was there and to connect with him once we were ready. He picked us up within minutes of walking out of our gate. Fresh bottles of water, very clean vehicle, very friendly and overall a good human. I was travelling with a child, who happened to be hungry and he even offered us cookies! For my airport drop off. TriShuttle contacted me the day prior to confirm pick up time, and again answered all the questions I had promptly. Our driver Sharif texted me before pick up, which was appreciated as pick up was very early morning! He arrived to our hotel before my scheduled pick up time. He came out of the vehicle immediately and assisted us. Again, very friendly, punctual, and seemed like a genuinely nice person. On our way to the airport he asked if we needed to grab anything on our way there. Although we didn't, it was appreciated that he was looking out for our needs before a long flight back home. I strongly recommend using Tri Shuttle, booking a was a breeze, you have the option to pay online or in person. I selected in person as I was hesitant, however once I was picked up and on route I just paid online. We were very pleased with this company all around. We booked a shuttle from LAX to our hotel right next to Disneyland and both pick up and drop off were flawless. Their website was easy to navigate and pricing was very clear and reasonable. Proactive communication from the company was amazing. We received texts from the office manager Trang prior to pick up confirming our reservation. At pick up from LAX our driver Tony had already texted us when we landed to let us know he was ready for pick up and sent us pictures of the vehicle so I knew what to look for. Tony was extremely responsive when I was texting him from the airport terminal as we were headed to the pick up area, which was very much appreciated. On our return trip to the airport we also received amazing communication from both the office dispatcher Trang as well as the driver Tien. We requested an earlier pick up time then we had initially requested which they accommodated and the driver Tien even showed up a few minutes early and let us know he was there and ready to go whenever we were. He also sent me a picture of his vehicle, which made him super easy to find. Tony and Tien were both pleasant and accommodating, and most importantly, we felt very safe. The freeway driving was excellent and the vehicles were new and clean. This time, we had a driver that was new to us. Vinh was wonderful. He arrived 15-minutes ahead of the scheduled pickup time and texted us to let us know he was there. I LOVE that! I never have to wonder if the driver will be there or not. Something I know I won't have to stress about on travel day. He texted his name and the exact location he was parked at and told us to come out when we were ready. Vinh was super friendly and the vehicle was impeccably clean. We had a great chat on our way to the airport- the ride was too short! I really can't say enough about Vinh and Tri Shuttle. I work in an industry that will sometimes require shuttle service. Tri Shuttle was great, I was a bit skeptical at first given that there were so little reviews about this company on Reddit. But I'm glad I took a chance and booked with them. From the dispatch/coordinator's communication to the drivers the service was excellent. Especially when I'm used to renting cars and driving everywhere myself. It's hard to entrust that to others. The website isn't as automated as others which is good. Though the downside is I did have to wait more than 24 hours before my rides were confirmed. I booked 3 trips with the company, and even accidentally double booked one of the trips. The company cancelled that one and took care of it. The days before each trip the dispatcher would send a text message you can reply to. This was to confirm the details for the ride the next day. About an hour before pickup time the driver sends you a message to confirm what time they'll be there and provide details of their vehicle and where to find you. If anything is unclear you can message with them. The three drivers we had Tien, Ken and Koi were great. All very professional in clean and well maintained vehicles. They were excellent drivers and picked us up and dropped us off with no issues. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you Tri Shuttle for making the process, smooth and easy. read more

We booked Tri's Shuttle last minute for the Freestyle concert, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations! From the moment I reached out, the booking process was quick, easy, and stress-free--even on such short notice. Our driver, Sal, provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. Before the concert, he even texted me the performance lineup and set times so our group could plan accordingly, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. We had to make a few last-minute changes to our plans, and Sal was flexible, accommodating, and happy to work with us. After the concert, the designated pickup location ended up being much farther away than the original drop-off point due to event traffic and venue directions. I reserved this shuttle online which was quick and easy. After reading the reviews I felt a little better but chose to pay the driver on the day of pick up instead of doing it online. It was my choice to pay in person. I needed a big shuttle to hold 11 passengers and 14 big luggage to LAX from Anaheim. I was not disappointed!! It was definitely the right choice I made to go with this company! I got a courteous text confirming my pick up the day before! Which I personally love. Tom our driver was pleasant, professional, and friendly. All my family fit comfortably and fell asleep on our 40 min ride. This is our 6th time using Tri Shuttle from Orange County to LAX, and we would never think about trying any other shuttle service. For our departure, Tom arrived earlier than scheduled, made 9 people and their luggages and boxes all fit, and got us to LAX safely and on time. Tom was friendly and good-natured. For our pickup from LAX, Koi reached out to us as soon as we landed and kept us updated about his arrival. We waited just 10-15 minutes, as traffic was quite heavy on a Friday afternoon. The ride to Orange County took about couple of hours due to traffic but Koi was patient, entertaining, and drove safely the entire way. Overall, Tri Shuttle did not disappoint. Their drivers are all amazing with positive attitudes and polite demeanors. Their shuttles are always clean and comfortable. I am impressed with this well-run business. Finally, a company provides a service simply and professionally!! We went online, received a quote, and booked the service. They sent an email and text stating booking was received then followed up with confirmation. The fee was reasonable, just a little more than Uber or Lyft, but worth it because of the known pickup time and professional drivers. Both trips to and from LAX were smooth and issue free. A special hats off to Tien, their driver who picked us up from LAX, it was almost an hour from when we landed until we exited the airport and he pulled up with a smile within 5 minutes to get us curbside. We even had a couple of detours due to freeway issues and it didn't phase him one bit. It is refreshing to know there are still companies that provide services the old fashioned way, they have earned future business from us because of this basically perfect experience!! Travelled to California from the UK with a large family and booked three long journeys with Tri Shuttle prior to travelling. Having used many transfer companies around the world, I have to say this is one of the best companies around and would highly recommended to use for anyone! The communication prior to each journey from the owners and also the driver was excellent, and the sprinter buses we had were always super clean and well looked after, ample space for 14 people and all the luggage. A special shout out to Amir who drove us on all three of our journeys, what a great guy! super efficient, always on time and gave us some great hints and tips! genuinely one of the best drivers we have ever had from all the countries we've visited. Our experience using Tri Shuttle was great. We needed a ride to LAX and then back home when we returned from our trip. After searching around for a shuttle service that we felt comfortable using, we found Tri Shuttle and decided to give them a try. The entire process of booking a ride was very clear - the initial quote, the pricing (very reasonable), and the scheduling. Both drivers - Ken for the ride to LAX, and Lance for the ride back home were also great. They were professional, courteous, very helpful with handling all of our luggage, and kept in constant communication with us to let us know where they were - and both were on time. Both vans were clean, newer models, and their driving was very good. Excellent, prompt, clear, and friendly service. As a lone female traveler, I used Tri-Shuttle to take me from SNA/Orange County/John Wayne Airport to a vacation with friends at Disneyland. Both the arrival and departure airport rides were wonderful. The drivers were on time, they were kind, they insisted upon loading my luggage for me, and they were communicative via text message and calls. They shared photos of their vehicles and license plates so I knew what to look out for. The vehicles were clean and secure. On top of it all, both drivers offered water, mints, or gum. Everything was great. I offered cash tips to each driver, and each politely declined, noting gratuity was already included. I appreciated their integrity. Tri-Shuttle far exceeded my expectations! Lance was timely with good communication via sms even when our flight was delayed in the morning and we didn't need to wait at all. Great for our family of 5 with 3 kids (2, 7, 9 year old) as he had the car seat ready for my 2 year old, and was patient with my 7 year old who felt very sick from a long haul flight. The drive was clean, efficient and comfortable with lots of space for luggage and pram, updated estimated time of arrival and also lots of helpful recommendations for where to eat and play as Lance is a local so very knowledgable. We didn't realise we left our headphones on the seat of the car and Lance promptly messaged when he noticed and came back to the hotel in the afternoon to drop them off to us. We would definitely recommend using Lance for any transfers and trips as it was so easy & direct, especially travelling with young kids- thanks Lance! read more

I have been using tri shuttle service for airport pickup and drop since July 2022. I like how easy to schedule service with them via website and price very reasonable especially this time now days gas price too high. They always on times i just gave the my flight number, departure or arrival date and time. They will take care the rest if my flight got delay or early arrival they always right on schedule with your flight. I never have to worry driver wont wait for me if my flight got delay and they never charge me extra for wait time due to for my flight got delayed. They work with your flight schedule when a delay occurred. This is a plus from tri shuttle that i don't think other shuttle service had. Their driver is very very professionalism. I don't see that from any lifty, uber or any shuttle service driver at all. Their car, vans are very clean. read more

Perfect trip! I was really nervous to book something other than Lyft/uber because scammers these days. I saw all the reviews and went for it and I'm so glad I did. So affordable and easy to find what I needed because traveling with 3 kids can be a lot. I booked for a trip from SNA to Disneyland resort. Lance was our driver and he contacted me before we even landed to let us know he was there and ready. I was able to easliy text him back at let him know how we were doing with getting our luggage at where to meet. He was so quick to respond and I appreciated him sending a picture of the license plate so I knew which car was for me.
