Disappointed. Driver was a little late, no big deal. Automatic gratuity was added to bill. When used for second time tipped driver cash tip ($35), and still had automatic gratuity added to bill on top. The owner later refunded the automatic added gratuity. Reliable but do not tip cash as automatic gratuity is added without consent or approval. read more

The reservation process was quick and easy. They kept in touch with me every step of the way to make sure that our trip from the airport and our trip home all went smoothly. The vehicles were very large and comfortable, which was perfect for our group of eight, which included a toddler and a car seat. We had a fantastic experience with Sunny. Communication was on point, he was on time, and such a nice gentleman. The best part of the whole thing was that he had two carseats for my kids already installed, so we were able to just climb right in! I know that a lot of people use his service to/from Disneyland, which we will definitely do when we come for that. Great car, great service. All of the payment and tip was all taken care of so we could just focus on our vacation. Highly recommend. read more

Our driver was prompt and professional. Very friendly too. The shuttle was clean, great AC and large enough to hold 7 passengers and 12 luggage. We used this service again when we returned. Our flight was delayed but he was in contact with us and was able to get us home. Highly recommend this service. read more

We use Sunny's at least twice a year to travel from Orange County airport to Disneyland. Over the years my family has taken many trips with them. The service has always been impeccable. We've been pretty lucky with flights being on time, but the few times we've gotten in late, Sunny's has always been there and never let us down. This is the shuttle I always book if it's my wife and kids on the trip without me, because it's the one I trust the most to be there on time, and to drive safely. read more

I asked for a quote online and the price given was $230 for LAX pick up to OC but when I tried to book the ride using their website the only option to book the ride was $265 which was odd....so I texted them asking how I can book a ride with the price quoted and someone said to go ahead and book it and they will adjust the price later to $235. So I asked why the final price was different compared to the quoted price and they basically said it's because "LAX charges them" like huhh?? I ended up using another transportation company that was significantly cheaper - trishuttle. I just think it's shady that the final quoted price was not honored. read more

I found Sanjay via Yelp for our recent Long Beach airport transport. I called to inquire about availability and pricing. Once confirmed, I booked a two way trip on his website. He arrived 20mins earlier to prevent any delay in getting to the airport. Very responsive, courteous and professional. I liked how he provided booster seats for the kids and they appeared nice and clean. On the return trip back home, Sherif texted me his arrival at the airport and to notify him when we were ready for curbside pick up. I called him and he arrived within 3mins for curbside pick up. Wonderful experience with Sunny's from the airport to our Disney Hotel. Driver texted and called to confirm and was in communication with us as soon as we landed. We requested two car seats (infant and toddler) and they were installed and ready to go. Both our arrival and departure were fantastic and we wouldn't go with any other company. So convenient and easy! Car was very nice and comfortable and we appreciated the complementary water bottles after a long day of travel. Highly recommend! read more

This review is long overdue, as I've used Sunny's Transportation three times when going to Disneyland. If you're looking for a private transportation service to get your family from the airport to your hotel directly (and back for return), this is who to turn to! The first time we used Sunny was back in 2018 and the last two times were in 2021 (June and September). Sanjay (the owner) is very responsive and friendly. Their vehicles are clean and it's great that they provide car seats. And of course they've always been on time. I'm planning another trip soon and will be using them again to transport my family from the airport to hotel (and back). read more

Sunny was the most affordable option for our large group with a lot of luggage. His van fit all of us with our luggage with room to spare! He was at the airport ready for us when we landed, the waters in the vehicle were greatly appreciated. He drove through Los Angeles rush hour traffic very nimbly, yet no one got carsick which speaks volumes of his driving as several in the group are prone to getting carsick. read more

Great experience with Sunny's Transportation, however some comments for improvement. Carlos was our driver, he was on time and very polite. Sunny was super accommodating to our scheduled changes and very responsive on the phone, (really appreciate that Sunny). Where I feel it could have improved to be a 5-star rating: Affordability: We had 4 passengers, 8 large suitcases, and 4 carry ons. Sunny kindly recommended we downsize to save cost so instead of a large van, we got a large SUV. Even though the SUV was able to fit everyone and everything, it was still quite tight (comparable to other shuttles we've used), and the price was $350 (20% mandatory tip factored in) which I still thought was way too expensive. We usually pay $175 for a comparable shuttle. Scheduling/communication: Our flight was at midnight so we wanted to get to the airport by 9PM, no earlier. Sunny strongly suggested the car pick us up at 5:45PM. While I did go with his suggestion at first, I started to realize it wouldn't take us 3+ hours to get to the airport (factoring in weather and traffic too), which is why I had to request many changes with Sunny to get a later time and he also said later that we'd be able to get to the airport within 45-1hr no problem. These are not criticisms, just comments for improvement! I think Sunny had a wonderful and reliable service and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for peace of mind and who can afford a premium experience. Traveling from midwest to Disneyland just for a long weekend - debating renting a car, but Sanjay made the trip from LAX to Anaheim as painless as it possibly could be! This was the first time I had ever used a car service (other than LYFT or a taxi). I had an early flight out of LAX and needed a safe, reliable ride to the airport. Booking a ride thru Sunny's Transportation is quick and easy. Sanjay also texts you to let you know he is on the way. He was prompt and on time. Friendly disposition. Car was spotless and clean. Nice, quick ride to the airport. He helped me load and unload my bags. Next time I have to fly out of LAX (overseas and such), I plan to use Sunny's Transportation. We have been using Sunny's for a couple years for our round trip LAX runs from Brea. Never a missed/late pickup. All drivers were professional, clean, well dressed. Vehicles well maintained. We just had our return trip from LAX to Brea and again a great experience. Our driver Paiman was great! May not be cheapest but quality isn't cheap. read more

We have been using Sunny's Transportation since, I believe 2015 or so. We started taking our daughter to Disneyland at age 2, and began using their service on one of our first trips, and now we faithfully use their service to and from the airport on all our Disneyland trips, which occur at least annually, if not 2+ times per year. When our daughter was at the age for using carseats and boosters, we utilized their complimentary carseats, as well. This was such a wonderful amenity, that saved us from having to travel with a bulky carseat and booster. This is a wonderful family owned business, who remember us on our visits. They provide a warm, welcoming presence, prompt and safe rides to and from Disneyland and the airport, and the vehicles are always well kept and clean. I highly recommend their service, and we will continue to use them as our "go to" Disneyland transportation. Huge thanks and appreciation to Sanjay, your wife, and team! I looked around for other child car options but some quotes were totally unreasonable for U*^r like services. It felt like being driven in a limousine, although I believe it was a Suburban. Ignacio was attentive, handled our bags, drove really well and smoothly the whole trip. We got dropped off at our terminal and off we went. On the return trip, it was much the same, 24hr notification, 1hr notification, and Ignacio messaged me about 30 mins prior to our scheduled time, he was already at LAX waiting for us. Our flight took about 30mins longer than scheduled, I let Ignacio know and he assured us it was not a problem at all. We took additional time getting through customs and I felt bad to make him wait longer, but Ignacio was so polite and let us know it was just fine. Once we got through, collected our bags, went outside and let Ignacio know where we were, he promptly picked us up and took all our bags for us and we were again driven smoothly and safely home. Not a care in the world for us on our trip home. My family agreed why didn't we think of this before? This service was worth it's weight in gold and then some. Ignacio was so polite, attentive, took our bags all the way inside for us and just a pleasure to have driving us. Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. We asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss our ride, but we were never contacted. Steven our driver back from the airport, on the other hand, was very professional and courteous.

I booked Orange Coast overnight for a celebrity client who had several stops. Initial booking…read moreprocess was smooth, but the night of the service was a disaster. This is what our celebrity client's team reported: - Upon pickup, the car was messy with trash inside and 3 unlatched children's car seats thrown across the 2nd row - The driver notified our talent that it was their first time driving and they "got the job from a friend." When one of my team members entered the car after meeting up with the client these were her firsthand observations: - Malfunctioning sliding door and driver failed to exit the vehicle immediately to open it. - Empty water bottles on the floor causing a fall hazard; my co-worker slipped on one when entering the vehicle. - Empty cans in the back seat pockets. - Children's car seats discarded in 2nd row (no one in our party had children and car seats were NOT requested for this ride). - A bad odor in the car. - They were dropped off at the wrong location even though the driver was notified 3x of the drop-off location. Since it was the airport and we were on a tight timeline, our celebrity client had to walk for approx 10 minutes to the actual drop-off location. - When we tried to exit the vehicle the door got jammed and left us stuck inside until our celebrity client and the driver were able to force it open. - We asked the driver to please be ready at the pickup location by a certain time and we still had to wait 5 minutes outside for him in an unsafe location to arrive. I want to give credit to Greg -- who I called as soon as I was informed of the horrible first leg of the trip (around midnight, since it was an overnight service). He was mortified and apologetic and did everything he could to rectify the situation, but since it was an overnight service he couldn't get us a new driver or car. He did contact our driver to clean up the car and get rid of the car seats, and to my knowledge this did happen. I totally understand the constraints he was under and appreciate his efforts. A few days later, I reached out to the representative who had been handling our booking. I outlined everything I mentioned in this review and quite frankly asked for a refund of some kind, since our client was left feeling unsafe and uncomfortable, the timeline of our work day was affected, and the entire situation reflected extremely poorly on myself and our organization. The service was absolutely unacceptable and caused multiple safety issues throughout the evening. However, I received no response from our representative. I really never leave bad reviews unless it's a matter of safety but I do feel like I have to make this review. I would never recommend this car service to anyone based on the experience our celebrity client and his team had.
