I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs. My sister recommended me this mechanic and I went for something that ended up being only a sensor. I have been to a bunch of shops that look very disorganized and dirty but this place looks pretty clean and tidy. Came back and left my car there the next day because they had to order the part and was charged $150 for parts and labor. Is not only that I found it affordable but I saved another $150 that a different mechanic that didn't found the fault quoted me the day before - and I was ready to pay - because the front break pads supposedly needed to be changed asap. Two days later I had to comeback because one of the lights included in the first fault lighted up but he quickly told me it was probably a flat tire and diligently fixed it for $10. The owner, Steven, is not only kind and proper, he is honest and let's be real, that's not very common in his line of work! I advise everyone to be attentive not to enter the corner shop because is a different business. This shop has been on my radar for a while after reading all the 5 star reviews. They are absolutely true. Shop's like this are largely reason I haven't had a car payment in over 10 years. I first met Steven after driving up with my '02 Civic that was making some gnarly engine noises. He was able to diagnose the problem (low oil) and we scheduled a repair for the cause (a leaking valve cover gasket) for the following day. In subsequent visits, he has replaced my alternator (which was making a clunking noise after a bearing busted inside) and repaired the starter on my wife's car. In every occasion, Steven provided outstanding service at a extremely fair price. He's personable, professional, and clearly takes pride in building a return customer base. I was there for about an hr but only because they found an oil leak which they determined was caused by a seal. My time and my money are incredibly valuable and I feel like neither were wasted here. I was in and out for an oil change in less than 30 minutes, I paid 1/3 of what I was quoted by my Lexus dealer and above all, I received impeccable customer service from the owner. I even left a relatively pricey cold pressed juice there and he called me immediately to let me know I had forgotten it. How much more honest does it get in Miami? This is the best mechanic shop I've ever been to. Have a 11' Scoion TC that needed a rear main oil leak to get repaired. Toyota was charging me $1,500 and all other shops were all $1000 or more. I called Reys and spoke with Steven about my problem and he instantly told me to not worry just bring the car over, first he'd check the car free of charge to make sure $100 the leak was coming from the rear, once he confirmed he gave me a GREAT price of $900 and got the job done in just one day, also got a year warranty too! Without a doubt the VERY best auto repair shop I have ever gone to. I'm from Vermont and had a difficult to diagnose electrical problem (and also needed a new a/c compressor). Writing another review because it is so deserved. I texted Steven about bringing my car in the next day and he answered saying that he'd make sure to have a spot open for me when I arrived. I explained to him that I thought I needed new break pads and upon inspection, I did plus new rotors. I called Rey's because of the reviews and I wanted to get a second opinion on the quote I received from another auto repair company. I spoke with Steven on the phone told him what was wrong. He worked out a price that was over $2,000 less than the previous quote. I was basically getting robbed. On top of that he said he would work on my car as soon as he got the parts, next day. Steven was very trustworthy and honest as he went into detail about cost of the parts, brand names he was using, and total cost of repair. He earned my business and my review. This is probably the best repair shop I've ever had experience with, Steven was fantastic! I called the shop around noon and was able to bring my car in front a tune up the same day. When I got to the shop Steven was able to find the cause of my problem literally within 5 seconds of opening up the hood of my car. I hadn't had an inspection of my car in many months (I drive a 97 Camry, so it requires some TLC to keep it going), so he did a thorough review underneath the hood. As Steven was looking over my car he did a great job of explaining how and why any fixes would be beneficial, and was upfront about the costs. It clear that he loves what he does, and takes great pride in his work - his goal was to keep me out of the shop for as long as possible. Their waiting room is a very comfortable living room with TV and free WiFi, and all of the staff I interacted with were very friendly. For women and anyone out there with minimal car knowledge I HIGHLY recommend stopping by, you won't need to worry about being coerced into getting anything you don't actually need. Daniel helped me out and was very accommodating and also gave me great insight into all my car servicing questions. Unlike other repair shops that try to sell you additional services, Daniel actually informed that I did NOT need certain services during this visit (e.g. tire balance).
