What a pleasant surprise to have a "new" place to eat in town! We come in several times a year and left to cook at home or of course dreaded fast food so this was a nice addition to our choices. We had a hot dog and a chicken salad sandwich. Both were fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced! The ordering and paying part of our visit was a little confusing and wasn't sure who and when you pay...even when visiting the counter they thought I had already paid. This a FANTASTIC and FRIENDLY place to eat. I eat here weekly and it's a nice change of pace from the fried foods that lots of places offer around here. If you are looking for a nice fresh taste, this deli is the place to go. The owner is super friendly, as is her staff. The eating area is nice and clean, and there's a pinball machine! They also have a large flat screen TV that has local and national news updates. read more

Traveling and stopped here to eat on New Years Day. Stopped here at the RG Trading Post. It was a clean and cute cafe. We ordered the special...Black-eyed pea soup with greens and ham. Cornbread was light and fluffy. It was delicious! Nothing fancy about service-ware... all paper and self-serve tea. We ordered at the counter and paid at the counter when we finished. I recommend one of the girls to wait tables and then just pay out at counter. Lots of potential for this place! read more
