Dropped it off at 2 PM and never received a single call, text, email, or portal update about my vehicle status or whether it would need to stay overnight. I had to call around 3:30 PM just to get a status update. Reyes told me the vehicle was in for recall service and that he would call when it was ready, but at no point was I informed that the recall work could require leaving the vehicle overnight. If that had been communicated upfront, I would've only approved the oil change and tire rotation and scheduled the recall for another day. I later spoke with Marlissa Longoria (Owner Loyalty Manager) and Jessica Morales (Customer Service Rep) after I physically stopped by the dealership to ask about my car, since I still had no clear communication. When I arrived, I was told all service advisors had already left for the day and I'd have to return the next morning. That is completely unacceptable. I refused to leave my vehicle overnight for a service visit that was scheduled and expected to be completed the same day. Frank Sanchez (General Sales Manager) was contacted, but I was told he didn't have access to the service key lock box and that the keys were likely secured and unavailable until the next morning. This is a serious breakdown in communication and basic customer service. There's no point in having a service portal, texts, or advisors if customers are left completely in the dark. If I could give zero stars, I would--but one is the lowest I can select to post this.

Inside of the Harlingen Service center there is a Nissan Customer Promise poster where one of the…read morestatements shows "We will respect your time." Our June 2026 experience definetly did not honor this promise. We dropped off our vehicle Friday, June 12 and didn't receive it until Thursday, June 25. Almost two weeks! Did they advise us it was going to take this long? Absolutely not. We had to hound them for updates because allegedly the "cell carriers block their calls and texts," as per Isaias M. The only text we got from this service center was on Friday, June 12 when we dropped off the vehicle. The text confirmed the service appointment. After that text, we recieved one phone call on June 15 to tell us the parts were arriving that Tuesday/Wednesday. Radio silence until we physically went in on June 20th. Rudy C. told us our vehicle would be ready on Monday, June 22nd. We went in that Monday afternoon to find out why they hadn't called us. Isaias was attending to another customer on the phone while we waited for him to be available. One of the other techs asked if we had been helped while the "managers" in black did not bother asking how they could assist. What happend to the "we will respect your time?" The conversation with Isaias and Matthew S. was frustrating and unbelievable. Instead of apologizing or accepting blame that they dropped the ball, they went on about how the weather delayed parts, how they have other service tickets to attend to, "first one in, first one out," how they couldn't offer us a rental because someone had to pay for it, and how the last rep that touched our vehicle no longer works there. Mind you, we found out the serivce manager's name after because he didn't even introduce himself or have a name tag. They could've helped ease this experience by offering us a courtesy tank of gas, a car detail, or a car wash or something. We had to ask for that. Guess what though? The answer was "Let me ask the manager." Isaias even told us that they couldn't wash our car because "their water connection was damaged." When we finally got the text to pick up the car, Isaias was not the one to check us out. Still no apology or sympathy for our experience. This exeperience didn't end there. We had to call back to find out where our lanyard was because apparantly they remove them. A simple heads up would've been nice. If we could give zero stars we would as our time was definetly not respected.

When we got the vehicle back, our daughter's iPad was missing. To make matters worse, Find My tracking shows the iPad is literally sitting at their location right now. When we brought this to the front desk, they completely brushed us off, claiming they aren't responsible because of a posted sign. A sign in a lobby does not legally absolve a business from its responsibility to handle a customer's vehicle and belongings with care while in their possession. They even tried to dodge accountability by claiming one of our kids probably dropped it in the parking lot which is impossible considering the iPad belongs to our oldest daughter who was at school and wasn't even at the dealership, and our other two are toddlers who were being carried the entire time. A dealership taking possession of a vehicle owes a basic duty of care. Instead of helping investigate an item clearly tracked to their building, they offered dismissive excuses and zero support. Absolutely unacceptable management and service. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

From the get go, Carlos made it very clear that transparency was his #1 priority and delivered it every step of the way. He was eager to help and made the whole process feel so relaxed. When I initially didn't find any cars that fit my preference, Carlos offered to bring in some from other locations that did, without any pressure to commit. What really impressed me was how much he advocated for me, coordinating with his team to work out the best deals like securing a lower car note and pushing for a zero down payment. He was even able to find affordable insurance for me! On top of that, he was super responsive, keeping me updated and addressed any concerns I had. You were really able to see how much he cares about his clients. He definitely made the entire experience feel like I had a friend helping out rather than just a salesman. And to complete my dream team, Carlos introduced me to Stephanie in finance. She was an absolute gem. She broke everything down so clearly, from understanding the pricing, payments, and optional coverage. Considering all of that was unfamiliar territory, she did a great job at making sure I never got lost in the process. She was extremely considerate when it came to finding me coverage that still fit within my budget. On top of that she shared a few tips that would help in the long run. All her help was a huge weight off my shoulders. I'm really grateful she was able to help me secure that safety net without stretching my wallet too thin. Between Carlos and Stephanie, I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. So whether you're also a first time buyer or just looking for a great deal, these are the people you want by your side. I've already recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so. They truly made this experience stress free and memorable. A big thank you again to both of them! :)
