The mechanic Abel ran diagnostics and drove the car to see what was wrong. He cleared the errors and told us what he thought was wrong with it. Long story short it was ok to drive back but he told us what was wrong as to not let us get ripped off by the dealer when we get back. Very honest people her at Young's and didn't even want to charge us for the hour we were there since they only diagnosed. We gave some but still walked away better than we would've at the dealer. Definitely recommend this place. Honesty is so valuable.

Their best solution was for my parents to leave their car and walk home if they need to. (My parents are 72 and 70 years old and they live 13 miles away from where they were stranded. When I told them that their response was " well, we can cancel it if you'd like." NO WHAT I WOULD 'VE LIKED FOR YOU TO DO IS TELL US IT'S GOING TO BE AN HOUR AND A HALF WAIT! AND TELL US TO CALL SOMEONE ELSE THE FIRST TIME WE CALLED NOT WHEN WE'RE CALLING TO SEE WHERE THE HELL YOU'RE AT. They know their service is SH@T thats why they refuse to give out the owners phone number or email. After contacting Forest River and getting the part numbers, I was told that I could not order directly from the manufacturer but had to order my parts through a dealer. Gooding RV Service Center is just down the road, but sells models different than mine, but I took a chance and visited. The gentleman, I believe the owner, was very polite. He looked up the part numbers and ordered them for me. He didn't even request a down payment. He called me when the parts arrived, I returned, paid and was on my way. Although I have not made a major purchase at Gooding RV Service Center, I would recommend them based on my experience.

On August 7th, I went to Fix a Crack to have my windshield replaced. Alicia recommended a…read moreprotective film to prevent future cracks, which I purchased for $640. Unfortunately, less than two weeks later, the windshield cracked again. I contacted Alicia and she told me to bring the car back so they could fix it. At no point did she mention there would be an additional fee. When I brought the car in, Steven (her husband) removed the film and assured me he would replace it at their expense and "take the loss." However, after repairing the crack, Alicia charged me another $95--even though I explained I have unlimited windshield warranty coverage through Honda and wouldn't have been charged for a replacement elsewhere. To make matters worse, she later refused to reinstall the protective film I had already paid for, instead offering only a discount if I bought a new one. In the end, I lost the $640 film I purchased, paid an extra $95, and was left with a cracked windshield. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this product or business.
