As a point of clarification, you are required to complete an extensive questionnaire after making your reservation, as such the reservation information including payment should be link to said document. I responded to said email with the type of card but was not comfortable listing my CC number. I received a subsequent email canceling my reservation without any reason as to why. I responded to said email beseeching her to reconsider as this was for a celebration and we were all looking forward to the experience. My email went without response. I showed her my inspiration photo on my phone, and instead of politely asking to take a closer look, she snatched it right out of my hand and walked away without a word to view it under different lighting. I found that completely disrespectful. Needless to say, I chose not to book an appointment. The energy was unwelcoming, the attitude was unnecessary, and the entire experience was a major red flag.
