I am fairly empathic, and Manifest all my stress as knots in my body. all day. everyday. in two sessions, Annie helped me release a know that has been living there since I was maybe 12. she gave me my body back. I signed up for myofascial release massage. I told where EVERYTHING hurt, and how it hurt. she recommended some stretches woven in to the massage and I said thats fine but I don't want to do anything. that was good with her. what ensued was a life changingly awesome massage, totally professional. I extended from 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours about an hour in. Everything is super clean. I was totally warm enough the whole time. And it's the middle of winter. I don't know. If you need a tune up on your body then this is the place. I have been suffering with a pinched nerve in my right shoulder blade that limited mobility in my neck. I was hoping it would go away on its own. Unfortunately it did not. So I thought I'd give Tune Up Holistic Care a try. Jorge M. was my CMT and he was very communicative. After I revealed what was troubling me, he explained the treatment he would do and why it was necessary. I received the clinical massage. I walked out of the MT session feeling much better. My pinched nerve had subsided and felt like I had just gone to the gym and worked out. The next day I was a little sore (like the day after a gym workout) and my pinched nerve was just about gone and mobility back in my neck. I did not feel pressured to join membership or buy more services, which I greatly appreciate. It will take a few more sessions to be completely rid of the discomfort but one days session greatly improved my quality of life. read more

I appreciated a comprehensive discussion of stretching and tips that will further improve my therapy process, and the check ins to monitor my progress is nice too! I've suffered from chronic back issues for the past 5 years. I am a stylist so I stand and lean forward all day . I've had x rays, mri"s ,injections, chiropractor work , pt. The list goes on with very little help. I booked with George and explained where my pain started and how it moved into my hips. He knew right away I needed my psoas muscle worked on. The relief I felt after one appt made me want to cry. Three week later after a very busy work week my back started to spam. Usually this turns into 3 weeks of pain and lost income because I can't stand. George got me back on my feet in 3 days!!!! I can't say enough about him. After reading a few reviews about this place I decided to book an appointment. The receptionist was nice and professional and let me know that they require you to pay prior to appointment which was different from other locations I've been to but after reading several reviews I was ok with that. I arrived about 15 minutes early to my appointment and was allowed in after about 5 minutes. I was greeted by Lauren. She took my temperature and ask me a few questions in regards to being in contact with anyone with Covid or having Covid recently. She then led me to the room where I would receive my massage. Once I was ready she worked on my neck first which I had been having tightness with and then my back. She was attentive to how I felt and the pressure applied. She gave my back extra attention as I was having constant pain from the tightness the past few days. The best place to get a massage and facial!! I have used Lauren twice and Kryss 3 times. Lauren is my CMT and she is AMAZING! I have chronic pain in my neck and shoulders from getting rear ended 3 different times and she magically makes all my pain disappear. I usually get the clinical/ myofascial and I would say the price is very fair! Lauren is very professional and friendly! I would suggest trying her if you need to work done on trigger points and if you deal with a lot of (chronic) pain. I usually schedule appointments whenever I start to feel pain again. Lauren is the best!! I also go to Kryss for facials. She is also AMAZING! We always have a great time. She is very personable, honest and professional. Her touch is so gentle and never abrasive. Daisy was very sweet and attentive, and also worked out the crazy amount of knots in my back and neck. I'm so grateful.
