He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted the first time and nails it every time consistently. He's even yelled at me for coming back too soon - what a great sign that he cares about his customers and not just churning out cuts. Secondly, the value and the service are unmatched. I've been getting my cuts from Sargoon just because he was my first cut over 4 years ago but all of these guys are exceptional at fades. Even now at $20 per cut, I wouldn't think about changing shops. Appointments would be nice but that's a level of chaos I wouldn't wish on these guys; for their cut, I don't mind waiting on two or three guys ahead of me.
