I was scheduled for a windshield replacement between 9-11am and got a no call no show. Then I received a call around 1130am stating that they were running late? If you're running late at least notify the person during their scheduled time, why am I going to make an appointment if they are going to just show up whenever they please. Response : When asking for what time I was scheduled at you responded 9-11am so therefore I'm going to make sure that time is free for a service. 9-1pm was the given availability for you to fit me in to your schedule hence why I asked what time it was scheduled for afterwards when you had responded that I was confirmed. I got a call at 1135 letting me know that they were running late, that's already 2 1/2 hours of me waiting for someone to show up with no notice.
