They were the top pick of the owner of an auto body shop I've been using for 30+ years - since he's been around so long and seen so many people, that said a lot about them to start. Quick reply to my initial inquiry, easy to talk to and work with and set things up for my daughter's car, less expensive than any of the big name auto glass companies. Then they showed up right when they said they would, set expectations for how long it would take (and then finished slightly before that), did a perfect job and cleaned up after themselves to the point that you couldn't tell anything had been done - just a perfect new windshield. Jaime came to my house with his nephew. The two of them are very friendly and very professional. They replaced my windshield glass with exactly the same glass as factory glass for a great price. The glass came with factory moldings too these trim pieces go alongside the A-pillar. The job was done in a timely manner, and they took all the precautions as not to scratch the vehicle. Best Pros Auto Glass is AWESOME!!! And Nick is the BEST!!! They were recommended by Mc Coy Mills Ford and I completely understand why. Their prices are lower the five other companies that I called. They came to my house right away and brought two different types of replacement glass; one that was used but slightly worn and another that was brand new. I opted for the used one because it was half the cost of a new one and barely worn. They also went the extra mile to vacuum up all the broken glass from my car and the driveway. It turned out that I needed a new motor for my windshield wiper and they even went to Mc Coy Mills Ford to pick it up for me and install it. We've used this company twice now and we have found them to be very professional. They have affordable prices and a free mobile service. And they don't use substandard windshields, as other companies have been known to do. (We found that out the hard way.) The windshields are clear and don't give a warped view. We called them on a Sunday and they were here the next day. I don't wish a broken windshield on anybody but if you should you ever be in need of one, I'd give this company a call. read more
