I had watched this building going up and was intrigued from the start. What was it going to be? Had no idea it would be the massive gallery with the rooftop restaurant! OKC is lucky! We were greeted immediately upon entering but we had reservations at the top so didn't really browse. While I only viewed a few things from the grand staircase as we walked up to the rooftop restaurant, I definitely want to come back and explore the gallery. This place is amazing. (We stayed so long on the rooftop that we had to take the elevator down and be escorted out of the gallery.) I do wonder how many high end furniture/design places can survive here. So excited we got an RH in OKC! This store is beautiful! I've had the magazines for years and I love looking at the furniture and interior design for ideas. It's so nice to see it in person! This place is extremely pricey but they offer a membership to allow 30% off the furniture. The workers were all kind. Lots of people roaming the store waiting to eat at the restaurant. read more

Today a group of 10 of us went to RH Rooftop for brunch at 11:45 AM after being invited by someone in our group. From start to finish, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. First issue: they claim to have a brunch menu, yet they do not serve Bloody Marys. That alone makes no sense. Even worse, they refused to simply serve a shot of vodka so we could make something comparable using juices they already had. Zero flexibility. After drinks arrived, a manager came to the table and brought out a complimentary charcuterie board. To be fair, this was by far the best thing we ate the entire meal. Then came the wait. It took 45 minutes just to place our food order, and another full hour after that for the food to arrive -- and when it did, it was cold. My husband and I split the eggs Benedict. I've genuinely had better, hotter food at IHOP. The egg was cold, and the bread was so over-toasted it was almost comical -- more toasted than the guest sitting next to us. We also ordered the rosemary potatoes. For a $10 side, you'd expect flavor, seasoning, or at least some effort. These were bland, unseasoned, and the laughingstock of the table. Several people ordered the lobster roll -- let's talk portion size. Extremely small for the price. At this point, the food felt like a complete waste, so we asked for the check so we could go somewhere else to actually enjoy food and drinks. That's when the final and biggest issue came up. They will not split checks for parties over six people. Someone had to put over $500 on their card, then request an itemized receipt so the rest of us could Venmo them. Completely unnecessary and incredibly inconvenient. The manager claimed this policy is stated in the OpenTable app and blamed "the system," which is honestly a joke. Use your POS system and split the checks. This reason alone is enough for me -- and many others at the table -- to never return. One thing that's very telling: if you look closely at the glowing reviews, many appear to be from paid influencers, which makes a lot more sense after actually dining here. There are far too many other great brunch spots to deal with this level of inconvenience, poor service, and mediocre food. I would gladly wait longer at many other restaurants or go to Neighborhood JAM and have a far better experience. It's unfortunate, because the restaurant itself is beautiful inside. Okay, I am writing this review only because I am so disappointed. It was my birthday and I had been looking forward to this for weeks. My friend made a reservation for me, my daughter and her to have a celebratory lunch. Our server was happy, friendly and probably one of the best I've ever had. She was so attentive and made several suggestions. Well, we thought we were in for amazing food. We had the shrimp cocktail as an appetizer. It was doted as the freshest by our waiter, which it was. We loved it and the presentation was top tier. My friend and I ordered an Asian chicken salad and french dip with truffle fries to share. My daughter ordered the hamburger and sweet potato fries. The fries were cold and hard. I really wasn't impressed and I love truffle fries. The Asian chicken salad tastes like the Taylor farms salad in a bag. Terrible! The French dip was okay, but The Capital Grille is substantially better. I thought I was the only one who felt this way, but after a small discussion, even my daughter said her burger was so salty, she didn't want to take the leftovers home. I did get a wonderful cookie with a candle lit for my birthday, which was super sweet. The ambiance is beautiful too. I just wish the Monday afternoon birthday luncheon would've matched the view. Our lunch was well over $200 for a below average Asian chicken salad, a French dip with truffle fries, a burger with sweet potato fries and 6 medium cocktail shrimp. Everyone should go just to see it before it inevitably closes The good.--This is a beautiful building and is decorated to look like a house. Every room looks like a magazine ad and you will leave wishing you were a multimillionaire to live like the store The bad--nothing is priced. If you are interested in in anything you have to ask for the price. Some rooms have a small price list on the wall of some of the furniture posted that is the size of a post it note, some areas the prices lists are hidden in drawers of night stands. But it's very off putting to not be able to see prices but instead having to awkwardly ask a sales person for pricing Also not everything is for sale. The store has a large number of items for display only, they are not tagged display only so when you ask prices we were constantly told those items are not for sale. Why have things displayed if they are not for sale--manufacture them and sell them to us It's was very repetitive inside. There are endless rooms of bedrooms, living rooms and dining rooms. All in the same color and same style. Nice for a house but absolutely no variety in styles or colors. We ended up going thru one section twice because we didn't realize we had already seen it because it was so similar to what we had seen before. Oddly enough, there are no displays for home office, bath or other sections of offerings they have in the catalogs They have every color from off white to ivory and nothing else. They offer over 100 rugs--all in the same color of off white and no other colors. It was beautiful but I doubt most people can live with that level of whiteness in their homes. Same goes for dozens of white curtain choices It just didn't feel like anything was really for sale. There was nothing that indicated you could buy anything and take it home that day. This review is for the rooftop restaurant. My wife and I went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. To start with it's a beautiful setting and the service was great. However...we were seated at a table that faced a 'workstation' where the wait staff would congregate and chat, with no regard to the two unfortunate couples seated next to it. Decent table but a terrible place for a work station. Ok so we are seated and the waitress stops by and asks if we would like sparkling or still water. My wife chooses sparkling and I went with still. She brings two bottles of water, one is San Pellegrino and the other I can't remember the name. I was shocked when the check came and I realized the water bottles were $10 EACH! Just seems wrong. As if that weren't bad enough, the glasses stink. I'm not sure if it's how the wash them or dry them but each time you drink, the smell inside the glass overpowers whatever you're drinking. We ordered the burrata and grilled shrimp and both were very good. The burrata came with only two small pieces of toast and when they're gone there is still half of the burrata and peppers but no toast. I don't have an issue with the price but at $26 they could add enough toast to finish the burrata. The shrimp were small but delicious. For desert we had the banana split and it was very good as well. So to wrap this all up we spent $148 for two appetizers, a peach belinni, a glass of rose', desert, and two bottles of water.
