I don't know why this place has bad reviews, it is an outlet so you have to know that you are getting, some stuff has imperfections and some stuff may have been bought with a set that the buyer refused delivery so you can find some steals here, LIKE WE DID! We found a couple of gorgeous bookshelves, inspected them like crazy and were super happy with what we found at a fraction of what they would be otherwise. I gotta say that Nellie helped us out and she was incredible! Patient with us and put our items on hold until my partner could come out and check out the bookshelves as well and we saved so much money going this route vs having to have built ins built in our house, such a great value! Normally the service reflects the brand's luxury reputation: professional, accommodating, and relationship-focused. Unfortunately, our recent visit to the Bellevue RH Outlet fell far short. My wife and I inquired about a fireplace piece that has been on the floor for months, recognizable by its chip and mismatched top. The associate who helped us, likely a manager with dark medium-length hair and Caucasian, was dismissive and unprofessional. When we politely asked if there might be any additional consideration on price, she insisted it hadn't been there long and said pricing is based on "demand." When I noted that other managers in the past had worked with us on long-standing or damaged pieces, her exact response was, "That's the reason they're not here anymore." That comment was unnecessary and insulting. A simple "Sorry, that's not our policy anymore" would have sufficed. Instead, the conversation ended abruptly without even a courteous close, leaving us feeling unwelcome. The impression was clear: if you aren't buying immediately, your time isn't worth their attention. Have you seen any Restoration Hardware anytime since the 2000's? I used to love going in there and drinking in the aspirational living. It was like stepping into a better Homes and Gardens shoot, but getting to touch the items and dream about when you finally made it (whether that be by becoming a high powered lawyer, corporate girl boss, or married well and became a wine mom) and stopped living hand to mouth and had serious discretionary spending circumstances. I haven't seen them around, but the company has seem to split into two concerns- the RH Outlet which is basically No Frills Restoration Hardware with no decor or staging, but a WYSIWYG vibe of stores with high ceilings, cement walls, and furniture just sitting on the floor so you can easily pick that $5000 conference table you want for the office without having to deal with walls or the extras they used to throw in to lock the deal. The other half is the RH that you find in a handful of major cities where the location looks like a palatial estate, every room staged, and centered around a power dining room. That's the face I like, because the one in San Francisco that I visited was. Pricey, delicious affair, but it was also like visiting a museum. Anyway, I went to this RH and it was good. There was one sole employee because at their prices, people aren't browsing and buying- they are coming in with the mid-manager Google or amazon money to fill their minimilist mini-mansions with higher quality items now that they dont' have to buy IKEA anymore. You aren't paying outlet prices here because none of the merchandise is damaged. You are here because you're a new homeowner or interior designer who knows what you want and will immediately make arrangements for delivery or you're a looky loo who might someday buy. The saleslady was nice, but she also knows that people don't need to be sold on the furniture. You either there to buy or not and there aren't any customers in the building competing for the salesperson's time. It's a nice relaxing way to visit. read more

This is an outlet. With RH Outlet shopping, uti's a box of chocolates. You never know what's there or if it's a value. Go in prepared with phone to look up retail prices. Typically, you will save 25% or more. However with the savings, you will be receiving customer returns and possible damaged pieces. Buyer beware is the way it works. Know what you're looking for prior to going into the store, know your prices, and be prepared to take it with you or have it moved within 24 hours. read more

I noticed a bunch of the reviews are speaking to some Lynnwood location(?) and not even the south bellevue factoria one. This one is next to the tj maxx and Target in factoria. I think it recently opened? (under a few months?) it's a pretty big space where the DSW used to be. there's a lot of furniture but it almost seemed like a lot of the same style so I wouldn't quite expect a range. the prices were still very high even for RH- it seemed more like normal RH sale prices , higher than what i'd expect at an outlet read more

RH Outlet Bellevue - Furniture Stores Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

Completely underwhelming experience. In Redmond, it was easy to actually see the furniture - here in Lynnwood it's stacked on top of each other. At the old location, you could get a feel for the furniture in your space and even justify spending the money, albeit at a reduced price, for furniture that's dinged up on top of being built with poor quality to begin with. Don't get me wrong, we LOVE the RH style. But if it's not marked down further than the already "discounted" price at the outlet it's totally not worth it. You could literally go anywhere else - Crate & Barrel, Pottery Barn, wherever - and get brand new furniture that's not dirty or beaten up. That said, seeing this furniture under fluorescent lighting and stacked on top of each other really doesn't do any favors for RH. It looks disgusting and the store was filthy. Not to mention the ridiculous "sale" prices. I guess the one good thing is....you can see the true quality of the furniture. read more

Service here was poor. I asked about mirror that was missing some hardware and the customer service lady said you can call and check with customer service to see if they have the correct hardware. My response was could you please call? She said she'd be happy to do that with that tone and attitude if I'm doing you a big favor. I asked another question about how much the mirror weighed and she said I'm sure it says online. I then didn't feel like buying anything from them. So, I left. Why do I go into a store except to see items IRL and get customer service. The customer service was lackluster here. read more

I have been looking for just the right couch for some time. After several visits to the RH Outlet in Factoria, I left my name and number because they knew exactly what I am looking for. I wasn't expecting a call back so was pleasantly surprised today when I received a call from Sadie. She not only called but she also took some pictures and emailed them to me since I was physically unable to come in, something most stores would not do. I was so "touched". So this Review is not only to thank Sadie but also for the people who have written not so kind Reviews. I have always been treated with kindness by helpful and patient Sales Personnel at that store. For those who complain about there not being a lot of furniture from which to choose, I would recommend they go to the RH Gallery Storeroom at University Village who have a lot more choices for two to three times the price. For this being an "Outlet", I think you have plenty of furniture as well as "excellent" Customer Service. So "thank you" Sadie for kindly following up with me today. I couldn't find anything to buy and I sure did try! It seems marked down a fair amount, I wish they had more of their smaller scale items stocked. I'm going to keep returning to see how fast the turnover of the pieces goes. Some items were clearly damaged and those could have been marked down more than they were. Nobody asked if they could help, but I don't expect that out of an outlet store. The store was clean and the location is great for a furniture store given you could drive right up to the front for loading. I love the RH style so I'll be back often. read more

Reasonable prices for Restoration Hardware furniture, but you are paying for the name and the style. The staff are fine, but selection is limited to what they receive on a weekly basis. Be sure to check the furniture before you purchase the item(s) as some items have visible defects and others do not. Super disappointed with RH Outlet. Shockingly low inventory and crazy high prices. It makes sense that an outlet would have furniture that may have quality issues, were floor models, had missing pieces...etc. When that's the case, the expectation is the prices will reflect those miscellaneous issues. However, the prices seemed to be hardly discounted for 2/5ths of a modular sofa. It was discouraging; I'd rather spend that same money elsewhere for an entire sofa and not have to worry about piecing the rest of my sofa together. read more

I have no idea why this place has such a low Yelp rating. We have found many great pieces and less than half the normal retail price. RH furniture is very high quality and the value this outlet brings is great. They get new items every Wednesday and Friday so you may have to stop in a few times to find that perfect item. The staff is also very helpful and friendly. We will continue to look here first when purchasing decor for our home and highly recommended you do too. read more

Wow I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I just received. This is my fourth time visiting and normally they are quite helpful. First a gal with long blonde hair helped me and listened to exactly what I was looking for. They had just gotten in a couch that perfectly fit the description and I was ready to purchase it. I tried to do some research on my phone on the couch and realize they mistagged their item. I was trying to fix their mistake and had a short lady with short hair help me and I cannot believe how rude she was! Once I helped her fix THEIR error she said I cannot buy it for that price. I was really excited to see an RH outlet close to home as we don't have many big brand outlets here in WA. I've visited this location twice since they opened and both times left empty handed. I was hoping to see more variety. While the retail space is quite large, its mainly taken over by large sectionals and some very large dining tables. I was there trying to find a dining table, but not for 9 people! Sadly, not a lot of selection for smaller spaces. Prices were also quite high for being an outlet. Giving it three stars as its in a convenient location being next to Nordstrom Rack, TjMaxx and Target. This makes it easy to pop in while running other errands. read more

The location of the store is really great. It has a lot of parking unlike the Redmond one. It's also nice to have a North location since the main store is in Seattle. I'm only giving this a four-star because the store is poorly stocked. I've heard that they are building up stock but I'm sure it takes time since this store is new. Things do "fly off the shelves" here so that's something to keep in mind. It's kind of fun to go more often to see what new things they have in (I'm weird and like furniture shopping for unique "pieces"). They also have an email list for if you want specific items that might come into their store. I have loved every piece of furniture or item I have purchased from this brand. The quality and style is worth the price to me. We purchased a bed here recently and was helped by a very helpful younger blonde lady (sorry I don't know her name). I was impressed.
