    Thank you Kasala for replacing my sofa. I want to give an update on my earlier review. I was contacted by Kasala and they explained me that why my earlier sofa had an issue. Some of their pieces had defect from manufacturer , which they came to know after few complaints. Anyway , they ordered a new sofa for me and replaced my sofa in 2 weeks. Also assured me that it is genuine leather. I hope there will be no issues with the sofa further. I absolutely love the style n color. Thanks !

    Very pricey furniture, but the quality is there. My mother and I came in to purchase a new bed stand. Wish they didn't give us an ability to browse, because our eyes wandered around the store and suddenly we became interested in a new sofa. We browsed right on through and ended with a new bed stand and sofa. The salesperson was very helpful, patient, and friendly even though it appeared to be a very busy weekend. After that... We had to wait 2 months for inventory to arrive. Kind of slow in my opinion. They also charge $100 for delivery fee. Didn't seem like a problem, but the guys were a bit weird. They were nice, but once they went outside to put the furniture together, I overheard them yelling and calling names to each other. I guess they didn't like each other very much. Overall, you'll find many things overpriced there. Single Couches/sofas range from $2,000-3,500. "Fancy clocks" for $100-300. It's much more worth it if you go when they are having a huge sale (we went when they had 50-75% sale. Purchased a great $2000 sofa for $1000!). The 20-30% off they usually have is okay... But of you can, anticipate for the 50% sale.

Went inside and they had a small section of new Jellycats, picked up two of the Valentine's Day macaroons and looked at a couple others. They had several great sale items at 70% off. Overall, the store is super cute and the owner and the person that were working there were super nice and friendly. I find the other reviews hard to believe but maybe they've changed over the years. No "hello," no acknowledgment nothing. Almost immediately after, another white customer came in and she greeted her and began helping her right away. The difference in treatment was very noticeable. Throughout the time we were in the store, she kept looking at me in a strange and uncomfortable way. It felt like we were being judged rather than welcomed as paying customers. There was no effort to assist us, check on us, or make us feel comfortable in the space. Customer service should be equal and respectful to everyone who walks through the door. Instead, I left feeling ignored and singled out. I don't take accusations like this lightly, but the experience genuinely felt discriminatory. I hope management takes this seriously and evaluates how customers are being treated. No one should feel unwelcome in a business because of how they look.

We called ahead to make an appointment and it was super clean and seemed like we were the only customers there, which made it feel less stressful with Covid. I ended up getting a really cute stuffed animal and blanket for my niece, and a Jonathan Adler candle for myself. Downside is parking at the mall, and distance from Seattle being in Bellevue, but the curated selection is worth the drive to know you're going to find something unique.

This confirms the issue: no one is taking ownership. I am still requesting supervisor escalation, guaranteed delivery with the correct crew, replacement of the damaged headboard, and meaningful compensation for the repeated failed deliveries, damaged item, lost time, and inconvenience Original review: 1/5 -- Extremely disappointing experience with Crate & Barrel. We purchased a bed and dresser for around $6,000 from Crate & Barrel on May 25, expecting a premium product and smooth delivery experience. The problems started in the store. We were encouraged to apply for a Crate & Barrel store card for financing and were told it would commonly support a much higher financing amount. We applied, received only a $1,000 limit, and were told to accept it and that the issue would be corrected later. It was not corrected, but the application still affected my credit score. Then came the delivery issues. Our delivery was scheduled for June 3. The team brought in part of the bed, opened the headboard, and found a large crack. They said it had to be returned. We asked them to at least bring in the dresser, but they said they only had two people and it was too heavy. Customer service did not take meaningful ownership. We explained that we had guests coming for a housewarming and needed the bedroom completed urgently, but we were told nothing could be done and had to wait another week. On June 10, the rescheduled delivery failed again. The driver called and said they did not have enough people to bring the furniture in, canceled the delivery, and then stopped answering calls. We paid premium pricing, lost multiple days waiting at home, received damaged furniture, and still do not have the furniture delivered. Our bedroom is unusable right before guests arrive. This has been the worst shopping and delivery experience we have had at this price level. Crate & Barrel needs to take responsibility, deliver with the correct crew, and provide real compensation for the failed deliveries, damaged item, and wasted time.

Service was fine at Woods Coffee and The Container Store; not great, not bad. I was happy that Woods Coffee had Kombuchas for sale, and my Kombucha that I bought there was pretty good. The price was decent for it too, Kombuchas are not super cheap even when buying them at the grocery store, so for a coffee shop in a mall-like area I was satisfied with the price for it. I drink Kombucha often. I love the Container Store, and I could spend hours in there. The selection was excellent. However, despite my enjoyable browsing, I just bought a load of white cardboard boxes that I had pre-ordered to make a maze/playhouse for my cat. I thought his maze/playhouse would look much nicer if I used white cardboard boxes that do not have labels all over them, rather than brown cardboard amazon boxes. Service and selection at the Paper Source were both outstanding. That was my favorite store that I visited here. I bought several items there, and felt super relaxed and welcome while in that store. Very nice area, I would return for sure.
