The women in the showroom were very knowledgeable & made the purchasing process seamless. The color couch we wanted was not something that was in stock & was going to take 6-8 weeks to be delivered, which we were fine with. They had plenty of other options that could have been delivered sooner but this was the one we really wanted. They had everything delivered to us within the given time frame! The gentlemen who delivered the couch were professional & efficient. It had been raining on the day of delivery so the ground was wet, but they got the couches in our back door and not a spot on them. Very reasonably priced furniture & a great team to assist you! We will definitely be stopping here first for any future furniture needs.

We wanted something that wasn't dated and would last. We have been thrilled with the products. We had a little issue at delivery, but Woody's made it right and even sent out someone to fix a scratch on one of the chairs. There was a special coloring design on the table top and they matched it on the chair seats and sideboard. With shortages this year it took longer than we would have liked but with COVID delays gave been difficult and in the end. We love all of our purchases.

I had seen an upholstered king bed on their website which was the piece that drove us to Cooper's in the first place. Jenna let us know the approximate delivery time and it seemed way too far out so we walked the showroom pondering our options. There was a lovely console table that would fit just perfectly in our new space and Jenna arranged to have the floor piece delivered in a fairly short turnaround time so that we could have something lovely in our new home. When I called back a couple days later to inquire about that same bed we had seen at the start of our furniture search, Jenna was very helpful and super organized with getting us pricing and ETA's on both the bed and a narrow lingerie drawer that would fit our smaller footprint. If you're looking for an Ekornes Stressless chair, Ambiente has the best display of multiple colors and styles. FYI, those chairs are $3k each; most leather chairs cost just as much now. I have 2 Ekornes chairs that are 10 years old, extremely comfortable, still in style, and look brand new. I was shocked to see how much furniture prices have increased post-covid, and good luck getting custom pieces in less than 9-12 mos. due to supply chain issues. Most places don't sell showroom models, either. Buy "made in NC" for faster (yet still slow) delivery. Most of Ambiente's pieces are made overseas. I was looking for a sofa sectional. The first one I saw was beautiful. Price tag showed $11K. Who can afford a sofa that costs more than a car? I found a suitable sofa sectional at Bassett, but I left the store after I found out it was $8K. "It's 30% off!" Down from 10K. Since furniture costs are so high now, you might as well pick something you like enough to keep for decades. I even shopped online for sofas and discovered they are junk not made to last long but suitable for a first apartment.

Upon seeing a sectional I liked, Ronnie was super helpful in answering any questions I had. He had me pull up a virtual view of my apartment so he could see the layout and if my selections would fit. He even suggested a left-side chaise which would fit better in my apartment. Once I decided on a couch, I feared I would have to wait weeks for delivery, but Ronnie said they would have it to me by Saturday (I bought it on a Thursday). The delivery guys were early and they called before they arrived, set up the couch in about 5 minutes and took all the trash with them.
