This is a great sized RH outlet store! Huge variety of items, well stocked and many of the items were in pristine condition. My husband and I are huge RH fans because of the quality of the products: some of the best in the market. The value you can get at an RH outlet is tremendous if you are patient! We have furnished much of our home traveling to RH Outlets around the country! Remember, even shipping an item can save you a significant amount of money when you consider retail costs. I knocked down this store for one reason. That is because of the service level. Unlike other RH stores, be it the retail or outlet store, we were not even acknowledged at the Castle Rock store. Even after taking our time walking the entire store. Recommendation: if you know what you want, know the RH product and want a great value I highly suggest stopping in. Ladies on the floor are rude and unwelcoming. Just there to take your money while insulting you and not being helpful. Patty unfortunately was one of the nice ones but no longer is... idk why...maybe Covid is getting to them. As an interior designer I've easily spent 60k there in the last 3 years and go monthly but they are still just as cold as ever and even more rude. I recommend adjusting your expectations and maybe it won't bother you. About 2 years ago the outlet changed their price structure and now it isn't really that great of a deal as years past.... I would prefer to go to the actual RH as the outlet prices and rude behavior doesn't make sense anymore. I know a lot of people use Yelp as a platform to complain but I'm not one of them. There are a lot of options here at the outlet, but the prices and customer service leave a lot to be desired. I asked was communicating with a store employee via text about an outdoor sofa and had a few questions about the item and price. When she sent the price I compared it to the online cost for the same item, and it was $500 more at the outlet than new at the store. When I asked why there was a price discrepancy, I was ghosted. I asked again the next day assuming she hadn't seen my message, and I received no response. Double check the prices, and don't expect great service at this store. read more

I always enjoy reading the reviews posted here. People, wake up! This is an outlet furniture store. You're often shopping the display models, damaged goods from stores around the country or pieces that just haven't sold well. There's lots of good stuff. It might need to be adjusted; you might have to hunt the bargains. The service is excellent if you need help. They're chronically short staffed by RH corporate. Corporate seems to treat this as a dumping ground rather than a great way to entice prospective shoppers into falling in love with the RH products. I have found the team here far more involved with the clients than what the sales staff can be like up in Cherry Creek. read more

The name couldn't be further from the truth. Every piece of furniture in this location has to be restored. It looks like an IKEA scratch and dent area. When you go to "outlet mall" stores, you expect to buy clothes and other items that are from a previous season or did not sell off the floor. This location is selling nothing but damaged furniture. I have no idea why you would want to spend $7000 for a hutch and have it be cracked and damaged. Every piece of furniture either was unmatched, single piece or damaged. They did have linens and towels but they didn't seem like they were price reduced much. Not worth it. read more

We shopped at all of usual suspects higher end furniture stores in Metro and Southeast Denver and none were better at servicing our needs or more helpful than Restoration Hardware Factory Outlet in Castle Rock. Brahm the store Manager was so accommodating and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction with our new furniture. Tim was also very friendly and helpful with moving and coordinating our furniture. We just finished moving in and we couldn't be happier with our furniture and the friends we made at this store. My wife and I went in on Friday evening 5/4/18 just after 6:00pm. We live in Cherry Creek in Denver so this is a little bit of trip for us going down to Castle Rock. We have been looking to redo our entire house. We finally made time to travel to the RH outlet. We walk in. You could hear a pin drop, meaning there was maybe one or two other customers in a very large store. We were never greeted, never followed up with. One employee was behind the cash wrap counting the drawer (maybe closing one drawer early?) Even after she was done she never approached us. My wife and I continued to walk the entirety of the store since we are looking to replace most of our current furniture. We had decided that we wanted to purchase a couch, coffee table and console totaling just over $5000. We sat on the couch and gave all signs that we were interested in purchasing but still nothing. Because of this we decided that we didn't want to give our money to a place that clearly had no desire to truly help or provide good customer service. So if you love restoration hardware and have a hard time affording it or seeing the stock in person. Come to the outlet because everything is minimally 20% off and goes down each week by 10%. The only down side is there are no returns. Also they get a shipment in every week on Tuesday and it gets stocked by Wednesday morning. read more

If you have a bit of patience to look and open minded about not necessarily finding a perfect matchy-matchy set for something then it's worth a trip. I found a great herring bone table with 8 chairs for 2,000 total, which compared to the non-outlet is a pretty damn good deal. Shannon was the staff member who helped us and was incredibly helpful and patient, especially considering that we were not very decisive. They gave us a great deal for the one-off chair to get the matching set. I wouldn't recommend going there for couches because they look super worn and there were about a dozen kids jumping around on them just during the hour we were there so unless you like the actual worn in look as opposed to a fake worn in, I'd go there for other things like tables, some chairs, lighting, etc. Please be a savvy buyer and make sure all of the pieces and parts are there and all is correct, "as is and final sale" is pretty self explanatory so pay attention. There IS a third party delivery guy and they have his card so yes, they deliver to Denver and even north of that. We called him on our way out and was able to deliver the same day. read more

If you have some serious money to burn and good taste in elegant home goods, shop here! Furniture: I don't think the markdown prices are that good on furniture considering that everything in the outlet (that I have seen) has a decent sized chip or scratch. Sometimes, the flaw is located innocuously, but most of the time, it is front and center and difficult to hide. Towels, bedding, drapes, pillows: The textiles are in great condition. In fact, I really do not understand why they are even at the outlet unless they were moving too slowly at the store. They get a new shipment of furniture every week on Tuesday, stocked by Wednesday. For bedding, curtains, etc., they said they only get new stock once a month. The store is clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The prices are VERY high! Returns are not accepted so you better be positive about your choices. read more

I love the Restoration Hardware stores at many malls and have purchased several items over the years. However, I have never seen so much overpriced mediocre furniture in one place, as there is at the outlet location. The stated original prices were at least 50% higher than any savvy shopper would pay. Then, the tickets were marked 30% off that, which was still way too much. MANY of the items I looked at were damaged or marred. Not a lot of selection and lacking appealing presentation. I was in the store 15 minutes, it was not crowded (maybe 3 other people) and no one greeted or asked if I needed help. read more

We have furnished half our house from this place. It's a really smooth transition getting items delivered or picking items up. I always inspect items closely before buying them. They also allow a short hold on an item you're interested in. I didn't give 5 stars because the customer service is absolutely horrible in terms of the floor staff. Although you may think you are getting a deal...buyer beware! This outlet moves prices daily in order to accommodate their special deals. A blanket that was 29.99 is now 46.99-really? Even with the extra 30% off its still more than 29.99...just one example I found of marking things up to "mark them down" via a sale. Disappointing! read more

Restoration Hardware Outlet Castle Rock CO - Stay Away! I purchased $1749 of furniture (as is) from this outlet. RH recommended a delivery company ($380+). One of the two night tables had two, hair-line scratches. I arranged for pick up and delivery through the company recommended by RH. Upon arrival I discovered both night tables were badly damaged - not the same 'as is' condition as at purchase - Large scratches with wood missing on the tops of both tables. ($800 of merchandise) The delivery company states he pointed out the damage to RH at pick up, He says he found the tables upside down on the floor of the RH warehouse at pick up. RH claims the moving company damaged the tables. The manager says she is no longer recommending the moving company. The assistant manager agreed to take the damage tables and replace both with undamaged goods. She later tried to replace the tables with ones that were more damaged than the ones I purchased. She has now reneged on our agreement as has the manager. The manager at this outlet refuses to give me the contact information for her manager says she no longer recommends this delivery company. And that RH will be taking pictures in the future -- How does that help me now? This store has horrible customer service. I will never buy anything for this company and I would suggest everyone stay away. read more

My husband and I just left the outlet store ab 30 minutes ago. They had a big selection, that's the only good thing I can say. Not one single employee spoke to us, or asked if they could assist us with anything. We were the only customer's in the entire store. We decided if we are spending $3K+ on a couch, we will take our money somewhere they could give a darn if we are in the store. BEWARE MISSING PARTS & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I happened to go on a day when the entire store was 25% off and it was not hard to drop a huge sum of cash. I'm happy with my purchases but one of my items had glass shelves that were the wrong size. Upon discovering this I called and spoke to a "manager" who immediately got defensive and said it I couldn't return it. I explained I didn't want to return it but wanted to track down the right shelves and hardware. She put me on hold then came back to explain I couldn't buy the parts. When I went to the RH store in Denver they helped me locate the parts which I gladly purchased. read more

Just went into this store to shop for a sectional. My husband and me were the only customers and the sales girl didn't say hello or offer any help. Everything in the store was 40% off today! The entire staff was so helpful. They pulled up my friend's baby registry online and printed it out and helped me look for items. We found 2 of her furniture pieces in the store (more than hall off each) and they even helped me rent a uhaul so we can get it back to Albuquerque for her! I dealt with an employee by the name of "Andrea" on my visit and she was easily the most rude woman I have ever met in my adult life. She treated me like crap. She treated me like a common criminal while all I was doing was shopping. You know, spending money in her place of business. Oh, and she refused to give bags to customers and there was a stack of them right behind her. She was crass, short with people, and downright mean. Talk about having an attitude to work in the backroom. She doesn't need to be working with other human beings. That's how awful she was. I get we all have bad days but, Jesus Christ, take a deep breath and calm down. Even her co-workers seemed to steer clear of "Andrea." Do I blame them? NO!
