Great experience here! First greeted by a nicely dressed man (security?) who opened the door for me and everyone else that walked in during my visit. No pushy sales people - staff that was there was stocking the floor. Most items I noticed were not the highest quality yet fantastic fast fashion - to wear a night or two. Most items were priced under $20 WOW! Semi formal party dresses to lounge wear. Silicon bras, eyelashes, costume jewelry (most under $10), jeans, boots, heels, pumps, belts, jackets, work attire, etc. All women's clothing. See photos for most expensive item I found today (and I still consider it a deal!) Also the Baller Dollar Lounge Wear (see photos) is SO PERFECT for any Vegas bachelorette or bride! Caylee (sp?) was very nice when she rang me up. Tells me this store has been here for about 2 years. They don't do refunds but will exchange anything for store credit within14 days for unused items with tags still attached and original receipt. I highly recommend for others - especially those that need a few items while traveling. It's in the same parking lot as Target, Ross, & a nail salon. Love, love, love, this place been shopping there for over 20 years top of the line fashion, very inexpensive although you cannot be over a certain size many small medium or large or find something with the extra large tag, but that really doesn't concern me other than that they have something for everybody and everybody's helpful that works there read more

Tonight, I went to Boca Park Target and I usually park up near Bath & Body Works but the lot was overflowingly full so I ended up having to park on the far end of the Target. What did my surprised eyes see? Rhapsodielle!! Well, I have been on a weight loss journey for the past four years. Ive lost 70+ pounds and have 30 to go before I hit my first weight goal. I remembered the store from when it was by JoAnns, and how pretty it was arranged (All by color! It makes my organization 'thing' sooo happy just to walk in and be surrounded by everything in each style arranged by color!) and thought Id just go check it out again since maybe now I could fit something in there. Let me first say, the entrance to this location is NOT obvious and NOT welcoming. Its crowded with clothing at either side and has ugly paper signs taped to it. There is another door, but it has been blocked off by clothing racks, and again covered in ugly paper signs. The front door to an establishment should be welcoming and open, and this isnt, so they lose points for that, in my opinion. Unfortunately, they close pretty dang early, so I didn't get more than 10 -15 minutes to peek at everything but here is my experience at the Boca Park store. The dressing rooms were closed. When I asked, the employee told me they close the dressing rooms 30 minutes before the store closes. The employees were probably exhausted and ready to go home (duh!) but the attitude I was exposed to was not warm, inviting or friendly. I would hope that this is because it was closing time and they were tired, but a pass through the other reviews would bely that, and those most recent reviews prior to mine were 3 years ago. Thats kinda a bummer. I looked the whole floor over for a clearance section or a rack with a sale sign on it, and did not see one anywhere on their decently large sales floor. The only one I saw said '75% Off' and it was locked up behind the taped off door to the dressing rooms where I had no access bc they close them 30 minutes before the store closes. Another bummer. As I was standing near the counter, I saw a pretty, metallic dress that caught my eye and checked the price. Only then, did I see that every tag on that rack had a red line struck through the price and a '75% Off' on it. So in my opinion as a sales attracted consumer, they would do better business with new customers if they displayed visible sales signs or clearance racks. I was about to walk out when I saw that they had none. I asked a couple of questions of the younger salesgirl with long curled dark hair and was told that this store would allow me to put whatever I want on hold for 24 hours, which would allow me to come back when the dressing rooms were open. She also told me that everything is 'Final Sale' so it seems vital to try on those clothes before you leave the store. As I was browsing that one rack, I saw that they only had xs, s, m, l. I asked the sales lady if their clothing is American sizing or foreign sizing. She said it is American sizing. I said, "So, a Large here is a standard size large?" She assured me that Yes, it is. After finding a dress that I was interested in, I asked the last employee, an older heavyset lady with salt and pepper hair, a question while she was ringing out the last customer, and I dont know if she didnt hear me or she ignored me, but I walked out *feeling* like she had deliberately ignored me. Thats never a nice way to feel when leaving a store for the first time with money unspent. A bummer. And finally, when I got home, I was curious about the salesgirl telling me that Rhapsodielle sells American sized clothing for women because it seemed awful small to me, so I did some googling and discovered that at least some portion if consumers classify them as selling Juniors size clothing, and not American sizing and not for mature women. This feels disingenuous to me, like an intentional lie of deceit, and that repels me as a consumer. Bummer! After this experience, taking everything into account and despite really enjoying just looking at their great color cooedinated sales floor, its doubtful that I would ever find a reason to go back. Not even if every item in the store was the same price as that one pretty dress with the 75% Off tag. Another bummer. I love to shop and Im having so much fun refitting my entire wardrobe as I continue to lose weight. I guess one thing I can say about Rhapsodielle is that they are nothing, if not dependable. Served by Kasby today and few weeks back. She's a beautiful representation of your store and just such an amazing girl. I really enjoyed her checking me out three different times because I kept buying more things. The store is so awesome always I've been shopping here for about 30 years. It's always gray clothing for low prices things wash and Dry really well. He must go to clothing store whether you're 15 till you're 55 or older. read more

Wow...this must be THE biggest Rhapsodielle store in the city. Yes, I think it's even bigger than the Warm Springs/Durango one. They moved here from the Rainbow location. Still fairly new since they opened around March but pandemic happened soooooo.....here we are. Plenty of fashion forward items. You got your business casual, going out casual, date night, girls night out dresses, denim, tons of biker shorts in many different colors (since that seems to be what's in right now plus it's only $4.00 each), sweatpants/hoodie sets, basic tees/tanks, sweaters and cardigans with plenty of different colors and styles to choose from. Prices are on point. $15.00 for a thick autumn/winter sweater? YES, gimme. You like that style so much you want it in multiple colors? Oh, Rhapsodielle gotchu covered. I've seen denim jeans range from $17.00-23.00. Watch out for the exchange policy. 14 days only and from what I've seen, they're very strict about it. Tags MUST be attached and not a speck of dirt/smudge on the item you need to exchange or get store credit on. Due to Covid-19, fitting rooms are closed which I totally understand for health reasons. read more

Boca Park Fashion Village has gained another store. Even better women's apparel and accessories!!! This store is huge. Wall to wall clothes very fashionable. If you ever wanted a personal fashion consultant but didn't want to pay for one?!? Amazing job of displaying of like colors and styles. You will see by the photos what I mean. Very impressed with the layout. Marketing on point!! Except for no banners that they were even open I actually thought they were working on stocking the store. I went in and asked if they were open and yes they were. I invite alllll to come and check out this store. I'm going to mark my calendar for a return shopping trip I saw 50 items I wanted so I'm going to do my research with the pictures I shot and make my shopping list. I hope this helps spread the word. This location has a very cute selection on clothes but the workers there are the worst! While in the middle of looking at some shirts this girl with flip flops, jeans, & crusty ankles walked right in front of me to put some go backs away, not even an excuse me. So rude her energy was so intense as if she were angry. Then at checkout as I was ready to be ask if I had found everything ok Ms. Josefina Rodríguez gave me silent treatment until she inform me that my shoes were final sale. I hesitated to even bring up the rude encounter I had with the other young lady because of how Josefina was acting towards me. Josefina can't even look at me direct she was so aggressive with giving me my bag and doesn't even bother to say anything else like have a good day etc. Idk if this location is desperate for any employees but they both need to be retrained ASAP! read more

Arrived at the store at 7pm and they turned me away saying they were closing the store. I told them the online hours state 8pm and she told me they are short staffed and therefore closing. Super unprofessional way of handling business. This location is the worst, small and no service. read more

I went right when they opened and there changing rooms has hair and trash In them it was disgusting. Plus I saw multiple clothing items with deodorant stains on them . This place has gone so down hill. I'm always dissatisfied now when I go so I will no longer be shopping here read more

They may have the prices that we can afford, but the service is the worse there is. I will not explain in detail what happened, but had a bad experience and was not short of personnel to work, three girls were talking among their selves and I was wandering around to get help and no one came. I asked where the other shoe was of the one I have in my hand and one of the girls pointed. Customer service is cero, motivating customers to buy cero, Sad, really sad, how can they have these people working for this place, no idea. Do not ask for any kind of help from any of the staff because you will not get any, zip, nothing! Great clothes and even better prices but you have to be careful because some of it is just borderline cheap and poorly made clothing. You have to look, really look. If they have your size, you've gotten pretty lucky. Most of the clothing run small. Real small. Some have made it through a single wash and others, not so well. Some are really good for A night out! Shoe selection is good, sometimes. Attitude is everything ladies! The staff maybe bitter because most cannot fit the clothes they sell?! :) read more

I had never been in this particular location before, tonight was my first time as I was in the shopping center all afternoon. I walked in almost 30 minutes before closing, they close at 8pm, as I'm pretty tired from shopping in the surrounding stores and I just wanted to look around real fast. A woman with black hair and fluffy 80s bangs yelled in a pushy rude tone "we close in 10 minutes". First of all I was just looking. Obviously I'm a shopper and but without hesitation, How do you not even say "Hello" first? I looked around regardless and still walked out 10 minutes before they closed. Incredible how they're so ready to clock out and go home that they're willing to shove customers out. Thrash attitude from these girls, I should've never even considered going in there in the first place. I'm glad to be taking my business elsewhere. read more

Only think good about this place is that the clothes are color coordinated & you can get cute clothes for a cheap price. But the customer service is HORRIBLE. All the employees look & sound miserable. Nobody greets you & you'll be lucky if they offer to help you with anyrhing. There new signs posted on the door say they closed at 9PM, Monday - Saturday, and 7PM on Sunday. I went in on a tuesday, and I start trying on a ton of clothes at 715. All of a sudden, one of the employees starts slamming all the fitting room doors and then yells in front of my door, "WE CLOSE IN TEN MINUTES." So I quickly get dressed & asked one of the workers is it possible to put my clothes on hold for the next morning as I did not want to have to search around this huge store again to find the items I wanted - without hesitation, "no, we can hold it until closing." And she continued doing what she was doing. Wont be coming here again, this store has so much potential to be great but they are severely lacking in their customer service. I understand if some people are just having a bad day, but these employees ALWAYS act like this. read more
