They take months to reply to your concern and do not pick up the phone. The codes that were sent to my insurance needed to be changed to be covered and everyone was giving me the run around. I completely reached my deductible and out of pocket expenses due to surgeries but was billed because Methodist did not want to change a code. It has been months since I have been trying to get help and no one is helping. Some of the test that were ran were even rejected because they submitted it wrong and I am getting charged for it. This is completely horrible customer service. They are quick to have you come in for an appointment but don't help you after when they charge you for it. I will not suggest coming to this location unless you want to get charged for no reason for things that can get covered because they do not feel like changing it. I am disappointed in this organization/ office if this is how you treat all of your long term clients.

For 17 years, I've tried to hold the limb at bay just to cope. After just one session with Coleman, I felt something I hadn't in years: hope for real pain relief. Even though he hadn't treated CRPS before, he listened closely, adjusted for flares, and helped more than anyone else ever has, including spinal cord stimulator implant. The temperature in my painful leg, which often ran 10 degrees hotter than the other, began to normalize. After each visit, the pain area got smaller, and my average pain level dropped from a 6 or 7 to around a 5 or 6. I believe I'll keep improving as we continue treatments. What surprised me most was the emotional shift. That heavy, burning leg started to feel like part of me again, not just something I had to survive. At the conclusion of my visit today the doctor indicated I was going to proceed with an allergy shot treatment, two prescriptions, and a OTC allergy tablet. He also ordered for blood to be drawn at the lab. The nurse who came to see me after the doctor told me that my prescription was called in and I'm good to go "Thanks for coming." I immediately stopped the nurse and asked about my blood work. She told me the doctor was busy, she will call me in a week. Confused, I asked for clarification, "Why would I need to wait a week for you to call me to prepare paperwork for my blood to be drawn?" She then asked me to wait so she could verify with the doctor. After approximately 15 minutes she came with paperwork for me to proceed with going to the lab to have my blood drawn. I received no antihistamine as the doctor had recommended. No one asked to set up my next appointment, I received no information on proceeding with getting my first allergy shot. Nothing! Confused and a bit troubled by the incident, I asked the receptionist if she was sure there was nothing else that needed to be done. She said no. I then inquired about getting an allergy shot and she indicated that the nurse who schedules that appointment left for the day and I need to call another day to set up the visit. My questions are: 1. Why out of an office with 3 doctors is it that I have to wait on one nurse to schedule a shot? 2. Why wasn't I offered an opportunity to set up a follow-up visit? 3. Why didn't the nurse provide blood work information as the doctor had recommend? To make matters worst, I drove to my pharmacist and was told that they never received a call from the doctors office and had no prescription called in. I tried calling back the doctors office at 4:49PM and got a recording that the office is closed (keep in mind that the office is opened until 5pm).

And let's not even talk about the cost of the prescriptions themselves since I haven't met my deductible. Please explain why an in‑person visit is required for refills within a 60-90 time frame? Every refill requires another appointment, regardless of whether the medication is working. It honestly feels like they are milking patients. I only see these people for one thing yet they want me to come in for other services. Why? I only want to see you for one thing. They then said, I would need to show them proof of getting wellness services else where. Why? I don't have to prove anything to you'll. I only see you for 1 thing. So why the hold up. If the money went toward improving the office, it might make more sense--but the place looks untouched since the day they moved in, likely back in the '70s. It's old and outdated. Dr. Reishen was wonderful--very pleasant and attentive throughout my appointment. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a clear explanation of potential plan of care options. My consultation for Biote was particularly informative. It was presented as a potential treatment but not the only option, which I appreciated. I'm giving four stars due to some issues with communication and the front office staff. The person at the front desk was sweet but seemed new and initially couldn't locate the correct paperwork for me to complete. Once found, I noticed the paperwork stated that I needed to bring recent labs for Dr. Reishen to review and that the consultation fee was $150--none of this information was communicated when I booked the appointment. When I asked about the consult fee, I was told the consultation was actually free. After the appointment, the front desk called to inform me they forgot to collect the $150 payment for the Biote labs and that the labs wouldn't be sent for processing until the payment was made. While I appreciate the care and professionalism of Dr. Reishen, better communication and clarity from the office staff would improve the overall experience.

MRI showed something but I can't remember all I know if the doctor's attitude lacked. A few months later, I called and asked if he would recommend a couple of items to help with my husband's knee pain and I wanted my FSA to cover it and he said he "didn't necessarily recommend" the products so he wasn't willing to help me get them. I was like, ok getting another doctor... that is how I came by Dr Muncy. Dr Muncy listened to me, made some recommendations, confirmed my left knee was probably hurting because it was over compensating for the right knee and then wanted to get me out of my pain in my right knee. He offered a plan to have a steroid injection now and then order Synvisc and when I was ready for it, it would've waiting in the clinic for me. I have osteoarthritis. He was very gentle giving the knee shot and didn't hurt me, took his time, then we went over the plan again and that was it. The reason for the 4 stars is because his office staff wanted me to handle the order of the medicine. Well the pharmacy wouldn't authorize with insurance and for 8 years I have received these shots and the office ordered through insurance and called when it was ready I don't know why they didn't want to take care of it but it took three calls to convince them how to get the injection medicine from my insurance. It's just time consuming to have to take time out to call and get it worked out. If the office staff is able to handle this order I will for sure update my review as I was really happy with the doctor.
