Excellent staff friendly and professional. They have a one-stop shop with lab on site, including X-rays, which is very convenient. The doctor was somewhat abrupt and dismissive but still very professional and thorough. I have been trying to locate a referral sent for one of the doctors within Rheumatology Associates from my primary care doctor. Every office in Dallas has their appointments made from ONE LINE! It is impossible to get anyone to answer the phone no matter which option you choose. HOWEVER, there was one exception, Anahi, answered the phone for the option of new patients. She was very kind and patient and tried every effort to get a hold of the person in charge of referrals. I'm very anxious to see this doctor because I'm in so much pain. I'm so grateful that Anahi cared enough to take the time to help me. read more

I do not recommend this practice at all. They do not respond to questions or appointment requests. I previously had a great experience but my doctor retired and since I was assigned to a new doctor it has been nothing but headaches and frustration. read more

The initial appointment was normal except for the doctor himself. Dr. Iqbal had a terrible bedside manner. He was professional, but unfriendly and very impersonal. He gave me the impression he had much better things to do than talk to me, and he was obviously in a hurry to get in and out. The office seemed quite disorganized as well, but the other personnel I interacted with were at least friendly. That being said, the reason I am writing this review has little to do with the doctor's bedside manner or the office organization. I am writing this due to the following experience, which I consider to be unprofessional and inexcusable. I scheduled a follow up appointment while at my first appointment, and a little more than a week later, I received a text message saying an earlier appointment was available (no mention of the date or time) and to call their phone number if I wanted it. I called and went through the long, automated system and sat on hold for a long time only to get a message that no one could answer and to leave a message. I left a message and did not receive a call back. I called two more times over the next two business days only to have the same result. I left messages for those calls as well and have not received a call back to this day. Doctors are not the only people for which time is valuable. I wasted much time calling to get the earlier appointment as instructed. Why would they send me a text to call a number no one will ever answer, especially for time sensitive situation like obtaining a new appointment time? I know this is an automated system, and the problem is probably related to the pandemic. However, their IT provider should make accommodations for this and not allow such a failure of communication to occur. The pandemic has been going on how long now? I ended up having to log on to their portal to communicate with their office. That is a pain for me as I must connect to my work network via VPN, and I cannot get to their site when I am connected to that VPN. I was so frustrated that I ended up canceling my follow up appointment all together and made an appointment with another doctor at another office even though they had taken x-rays and blood work for me. I was never able to reach a human to discuss anything. I understand the pandemic has caused communication issues, but I have successfully dealt with three other physicians' offices as well as other corporate offices and services during this time, and not once have I experienced anything like this. They lost a patient simply because they did not care enough to return my call. I will be informing my referring physician's office of this as well. read more

Extremely disappointed in the inability for the facility in Rockwall to return any calls or website inquiries to get an appointment. This was a referral and I've let the referrer know that we couldn't even get someone to call us back. Serious medical issue they I need diagnosed and can't believe the staff can't even return a call or email after two weeks of reaching out to them. read more

Dr. Iqbal had a terrible bedside manner - very arrogant and unfriendly. He couldn't figure out what was going on with my fingers after two appointments and testing. He prescribed a medication for Rheumatoid arthritis, even though all of the tests and my symptoms showed I did not have it. The medicine could cause liver damage so he wanted me to keep coming in for blood tests. He knew I was on another medication that could cause liver damage. I decided not to take his because how would I know which medicine was causing damage plus I do not have Rheumatoid Arthritis! I do not trust this man and would not recommend him. We are going to Baylor Medical! Do not recommend Dallas Rheumatology Associates!!!!! Have been waiting for an appointment with Dr. Jenkins for six months. Since we last saw him in 2016, my mom is now considered a new patient and must see him in the Dallas office. She is 95 years old and we would like to have the appointment in the Duncanville office for ease of getting her to and from the office. The wait for a Duncanville office appointment is longer and mostly unavailable. We did have a December appointment with Dr. Jenkins, but he canceled because he was not going to be in the office. We were moved to January. So we requested to see another doctor at the Duncanville office. Dr. Iqbal would not accept my mother as a new patient. Hum, wonder if that is because of her age. Absolutely horrible. Copay on my insurance card says $40.00 for a specialist. Doctor billed me for a consultation for over $600.00, according to the Explanation of Benefits. I was seen and paid $250 up front. Their billing says I only paid $219.60. They will not change this. Now they want $62.96. He prescribed a nsaid that I can't take. He never followed up in tHe bloodwork even though it was clear that I had an issue and needed to be seen by another doctor. Poor, poor service. He never called to tell me my bloodwork was abnormal. I had to see it for myself and am now under a different kind of specialist. I am disturbed that this is the kind of medical care they provide. Do not recommend! read more

Dr Sivamarin is an absolute joke. All she's interested in is billing your ins for labs and an office visit. She is not interested in her patient's health issues and does not practice best practice protocols. She is unsafe for her patients and if you speak up or question your treatment plan, she simply dismisses you from her practice. She also denies her patients a healthcare advocate citing covid as a reason. There are many options to work around this, but none were given. 3-22-2022 I have been going to this office since 2002 and had many hiccups with them along the way. For various reasons, I have stuck it out with them even through multiple NON responsive nurses, billing errors and insurance filing errors. The last 2 years have been the worst. Yes, Covid I get it but now they are refusing to answer phones, even when they make schedule changes and errors. Now Dr. Jenkins is only available 2 days a week at the main office in Dallas and they are trying to force me to seen assistant that I have never met. No introduction, no explanation just changing my appt without discussion even though I told them when I arrived for my appt last month (they scheduled me at a time the doc was not in office) I do not want to see anyone but my doctor for my severe Rheumatoid Arthritis. This the worse misconduct of customer service and patient care. It's a sad world but we all deserve proper medical visits and guidance. No confidence this is going to be get better anytime soon. :( read more

Let me start with Johanna. I have not personally met this angel, but that is what she is. She was extremely helpful during the scheduling process and took care of all the insurance nuisance. She made my appointment and explained some things about the office and what they required for the appointment. It was a month away, and she wanted me to get answers sooner. Johanna called me several times, amounting to once a week, about cancelations and open appointments. Unfortunately for me, being sick doesn't fit into any of our schedules. I was sent to this clinic for a diagnosis due to some questionable labs I had. We still do not have any answers, but Dr.Robert Jenkins was very friendly and thorough. He appears to be a happy man with a constant smile unless he hears or sees something of concern. He is hesitant to make a diagnosis without a complete picture. I appreciate everything he said. He was very professional and showed sincere concern. I did not get the receptionist's name, but she was a pleasant black woman with a warm and inviting smile. She made me feel at ease in this nerve-wracking situation. Linda was the medical assistant that took my vitals and showed me to a room. She was helpful and professional. She had a bubbly personality. Theresa was another assistant who checked on me periodically. She was quiet, but informative when needed. She wasn't unfriendly, just not talkative. She answered questions with ease, and a smile. I needed labs and x-rays after my exam. Carlos was the phlebotomist who drew my blood. He was a liar! He told me the needle stick would come at the count of three, and he barely made it past one. It didn't matter, one or three I had a needle in my arm and didn't feel a thing!! Not only was Carlos a great phlebotomist, but he was funny and charming. The last interaction I had was with Chelsea, the x-ray technician. I felt like I was with an old friend. She was warm, kind, and funny, but not in a keep you rolling on the floor kind of way, but in an easy, "I just know what to say kind of way". The funny that keeps you smiling, even if you aren't laughing. Although I was dreading this visit, the team at Rheumatology Associates made me comfortable and eased my worries. If ever you need a Rheumatologist I can recommend Dr. Jenkins and his team. read more

Would not recommend services, very unprofessional. Had to book several months in advance and it seems that their priorities are based on obtaining insurance money not taking care of individuals. Also, all of their phones are automated messages and you will never get a person. In fact, you should consider yourself lucky for a same day call back, if this happens chances are they need something faxed or scanned right away or your appointment will be lost. read more

Poor front desk service; similar experience as a previous post about the poor service. I called multiple times to make sure they got my insurance information processed fine and everything was set for my first visit. I was told everything is set only to arrive and be told that they had issues. After arriving early just in case there was an issue I had to spend 1 hour verifying multiple times with my insurance while in office only to be told that now the doctor refuses to see me because it was now past my appt time; even though the issue was on their end and not mine and I called in advance multiple times to ensure there would be no issues. read more

I see Dr. Riteesha Reddy and she is absolutely amazing. Some days I could do without the office staff but Dr. Reddy is the reason I go here!

I have been a patient of Dr Stern's for a few years now and have always received respect and care from him. He has been my advocate on many accounts and always gets to the bottom of things as issues arise. The wait is average but never long and the nurses at both locations (Dallas & Grapevine) have been attentive. :) read more
