1000% Rhino Back Roofing did an AMAZING job!!! Hire them...you will NOT be disappointed at all!!! Words cannot express how thrilled I am with the entire roofing project completed by Rhino Back Roofing. I am a VERY particular decision maker when I hire a company to do projects of this magnitude and Rhino Back Roofing came thru with Flying Colors. From day 1, they were extremely polite and professional. Guided me through the process of putting forth an insurance claim and was with me step by step to get everything approved. Once approved, I was guided through the various steps of making a shingle style and color selection and any other options I was being offered. Even after I made my choices, I decided to change my mind on a few items and without ANY hesitation on their part, they agreed with my final decisions, accepted them and encouraged me that I would be extremely happy with the end result, and I am 1000%!!! 2 days before the installation, all materials were delivered and placed on my property perfectly. The day of the install, a team of 9 installers and 2 site managers arrived and walked me thru every detail to make sure I completely understood exactly what was going to transpire and once again, they professionally answered any questions I had. One site manager remained throughout the entire installation to make sure everything went seamlessly, and it did. The entire install for our home took 2.5 days without ANY issues or problems whatsoever. 4600 square foot home with steep roof lines. At the end of the project, the entire team cleaned our property perfectly, with great detail and it looked like no one was even here. Our house looked absolutely AMAZING when they were finished!!! We couldn't be happier. And finally, 2 days later, their final step is to send someone to do one last fine-tooth clean up just to be 100% sure everything they could find, such as one remaining nail or piece of paper was removed and thrown away. HONESTLY, I could not be happier with the entire working relationship with Rhino Back Roofing...they are wonderful to work with, honest, extremely helpful, very customer service oriented and will jump thru hoops to make the customer as comfortable as possible with projects such as replacing one's roof. We couldn't be more pleased!!! We never would have considered that our roof had been damaged by storms. Our contact inspected the roof and told us he could see damage. We filed a claim with our insurance company and then the Rhino-Back Roofing employee and the insurance adjuster decided on a date they could both meet at our home. Another evaluation was made and the insurance claim was approved. For the cost of our $1,000 deductible, a new roof, that would have cost $27,400+ was installed today. Communication leading up to the install was excellent. The crew that did the work was beyond exceptional. They were extremely respectful of our property and careful not to damage any landscaping including flowers that were clearly in the way. Shingles taken off, all slid down a tarp, cleaned up every piece of debris and nails, and did an excellent job with the install. They were beyond nice and when I was outside looking at the install, the project manager came and asked if everything was okay. It was a job well done. ps, rain was not expected but a storm with lightening came through, and I never saw a crew of people work so fast and determined to cover up 12 exposed skylights to protect our home. Absolutely amazing service from Rhino roofing. We just got our roof completely redone after a long process of fighting with the insurance company for full coverage. Kurt and his team were so helpful in helping us navigate this whole process for getting the roof redone. they answered every phone call I made and every question I had they provided thorough detail and explanation to make sure I understood the process and also provided a plan of action for each step in the process of getting the roof done. they helped us get our home insurance Statefarm to cover the whole roof. The insurance company was not budging at first and were trying to get around the law and were trying to make us accept a partial payment of about $1,000 to fix our clearly leaky roof. We ended up having to get an appraiser, but we were very fortunate because Rhino had a guy, and he essentially fought on our behalf and Finally, the insurance company approved it. after that it was a speedy process, within a week we were ready to do the roof and Rhino roofings team came out in the freezing cold and got the roof completely done within a day! Seamus's team of workers had good energy, worked diligently, and honestly looked like they were having a good time. I can't speak highly enough of the whole team at rhyno! From the in-house support that advocate it for us in a huge way when dealing with our insurance. To being super knowledgeable about the process and helping us avoid major pitfalls that would have stopped this process and it's tracks. Clear and effective communication in all forms of contact email text and phone. In terms of the crew they worked hard were timely got my entire rough done in one day all supplies were dropped off when they said they kept their word on every front. They worked in one degree weather and even with all the snow around our house the cleanup was quick and good. Kurt, sheamus, and Mitchell. From the first contact with Jake, I was kept updated on procedure from Rhino Back acquiring the permits for the new roof, to when the supplies and dumpster would be delivered. Carlos and crew of workers arrived at the stated time and worked diligently and professionally throughout the day until the work meant completion. During the complete job, Jose, kept me informed as to what was being done, along with an explanation and pictures of the area that needed extra care. Throughout, the workers, were respectful to both me and my property. I have 2 words for my experience...Excellent and Fantastic start to finish. I have a fairly large roof. They worked directly with my insurance company. Everyone was kind, courteous, and extremely responsive. They replaced the entire roof in one day. They started at 7am and left at 8pm. Another crew came in the morning and spent hours cleaning up and searching for nails. I can say that I have found only a couple nails that hid themselves. They were terrific and helped me every step of the way. Answered any questions I had. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a great job, stood by the agreement, followed up, couldn't have had a better experience. Some of the negative reviews here are baffling. I like the one that trusted the home insurance guy saying 'nah your roof is fine no need to file a damage claim' over the roofer saying 'hey there's some damage'. And the leaky chimney (your bricks are cracked, so the flashing has to go higher than standard to cover up the cracks, not the roofer's fault). read more
