1000% Rhino Back Roofing did an AMAZING job!!! Hire them...you will NOT be disappointed at all!!! Words cannot express how thrilled I am with the entire roofing project completed by Rhino Back Roofing. I am a VERY particular decision maker when I hire a company to do projects of this magnitude and Rhino Back Roofing came thru with Flying Colors. From day 1, they were extremely polite and professional. Guided me through the process of putting forth an insurance claim and was with me step by step to get everything approved. Once approved, I was guided through the various steps of making a shingle style and color selection and any other options I was being offered. Even after I made my choices, I decided to change my mind on a few items and without ANY hesitation on their part, they agreed with my final decisions, accepted them and encouraged me that I would be extremely happy with the end result, and I am 1000%!!! 2 days before the installation, all materials were delivered and placed on my property perfectly. The day of the install, a team of 9 installers and 2 site managers arrived and walked me thru every detail to make sure I completely understood exactly what was going to transpire and once again, they professionally answered any questions I had. One site manager remained throughout the entire installation to make sure everything went seamlessly, and it did. The entire install for our home took 2.5 days without ANY issues or problems whatsoever. 4600 square foot home with steep roof lines. At the end of the project, the entire team cleaned our property perfectly, with great detail and it looked like no one was even here. Our house looked absolutely AMAZING when they were finished!!! We couldn't be happier. And finally, 2 days later, their final step is to send someone to do one last fine-tooth clean up just to be 100% sure everything they could find, such as one remaining nail or piece of paper was removed and thrown away. HONESTLY, I could not be happier with the entire working relationship with Rhino Back Roofing...they are wonderful to work with, honest, extremely helpful, very customer service oriented and will jump thru hoops to make the customer as comfortable as possible with projects such as replacing one's roof. After reaching out to schedule an estimate, 13 days and two phone calls later, the company refused to schedule an appointment for an estimate if my wife was not present. I was crystal clear during both calls that I would be present and that my wife would not be present. They asked about my marital status during the first call, which should have been a clue, and is of NO CONCERN of theirs. In the end, the scheduler refused to provide an estimate unless me and my spouse were present. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. read more

Called them to have a new roof put on they talked the hype. Oh yes we can include the garage,and remove the antenna. Then they come just do the roof said oh no garage won't be covered,and the antenna is not connected so we can't remove that. Then the shingles were loose and they had to be called back to put new ones on so the solar panels could go back on. No clean up crew came. I tried to speak to someone to help with the issues to fall on deaf ears. Would not recommend this company. read more

The first issue we had was that they did not properly use their special magnet device for cleaning up the leftover nails, etc so the yard was loaded. I did call and complain and they came out and cleaned it up; however, the flashings around fireplace were not properly done. I called a few times complaining that the reason we are getting water pouring down into our fireplace was because the rain is coming down sideways, which for all of the time we have lived here we have never had that problem. I then requested they come out to check bc it looked as though the flashings were coming apart (because again not done correctly in the first place) and we were still getting a lot of water including water damage on ceiling. A gentleman came out and fixed the flashings and tried to tell us that we needed someone to look at the chimney because our problem being with the chimney itself. Welp...not even a drop of water since they fixed the flashings so not a problem with the chimney. Now we have a ceiling with water damage that they will not own up to. read more

Don't call them unless you have gobs of time to waste & want to be insulted. They refused to speak to me unless my husband was present for their big windup presentation, when I just wanted them to come give us a quote for a roof, not do a protracted sales pitch. I thought this method of doing business went out in the 1960s. And 90 minutes of my time? Not going to spend it with a salesperson. read more

They our roof 2 years ago or so they did a wonderful job job from start to finish their crew are awsome they don't waist time at all and if u have any questions no problem they did all the roof in 1 day. Colonial with 2 car garage they clean everything up after there done they even come the next day with a big magnetic system to pick up nail that was on the ground .Ryan Donavan is very professional so are there crew !!!!5 stars in my book guys read more

Rhino Roofing was in our neighborhood and did an inspection of our roof for storm damage. We were told our roof was in perfect condition and did not need to be replaced do to storm damage. A week later I found a piece of roof shingle on the ground ? I find it a little suspicious that we had no issue prior to them on our roof and NOW I have a ripped shingle and NO severe weather has happened in that time period ! They knocked on my door at around 6:30 in the evening and to soliciate there services and asked if they could inspect the roof of my home for damage in a hail storm that we had the previous month. They came out did the inspection and had me contact my insurance because they said there was damage. The insurance company sent out their own inspector and the person from Rhino-back roofing said that they would handle everything and meet the insurance inspector at my house to do the inspection with them. They never showed up after assuring me that they would handle the process several times. They never called to say they were not coming or to reschedule. I contacted them and they appologized and gave me a half hearted excuse and tried to reschedule with me but that was it. Once the insurance inspector inspected the roof along with their engineer they told me that there was no real damage. My take away from all of this is that they were just trying to make money. I felt that they were extremely unprofessional and I would never use their services again for anything. I think they do floors also (which I am also in the process of getting done to my home) and would never think about using them. If they can't even be bothered to show up and do what they said they were going to do, how well do you think they would stand by the services that you let them do to your most valuable possession, your home. Just my opinion but after talking with several people who had the same experience, I just thought I would put out a warning! read more
