The car never left my driveway, was never physically inspected, and the salvage title process had already started. Something about that didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get another opinion. From the very beginning, Ana was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She took the time to explain the process and what options were available to me. Shortly after, Luis, the owner, personally called me. He was straightforward, honest, and didn't try to sell me on anything. He simply explained the situation, gave me realistic expectations, and even shared valuable advice on how to handle insurance claims in the future. After a complete teardown and inspection, Doug's Auto Body determined the vehicle was actually repairable.
