I took my truck to this establishment to have the driver side door adjusted after a very strong wind event flung it open. Each time the door was opened it caught and made a very audible POP! They readjusted the door and added touch up paint to the areas of the door that were damaged from the misalignment. The price was reasonable and fair for the work that needed to be done. I brought in a aftermarket rear spoiler for my car. Julie was fabulous to work with. A small communication error with what type of spoiler it was (plastic or fiberglass) the price increased by one hundred dollars. No big deal, still thought it was a good price. A few days later I was told to come pick up the spoiler. After I picked it up and went home I realized there were about 10 imperfections. I emailed the shop with pictures and Julie said to bring it in and they'll take care of it. A few days later I go back to pick up the spoiler and found it had 1 small imperfection. I left and was called 4 minutes later stating that the shop wouldn't touch the spoiler anymore because it would ruin the clear coat. Then I was told they would paint the spoiler black and refund my money. I was extremely confused because the small imperfection was the size of a pen dot. So I return to the shop and Ismael takes the spoiler and says he'll paint it black and give me back my money which I thought was a bit dramatic and over the top. At first he refused to give me my part but I insisted and it was returned to me. I'm fairly certain there was a small miscommunication somewhere but for what it's worth they did good work which is why I'm giving them 4 stars but I will not be giving them anymore of my business. read more

Poor service experience for repair of windshield frame and new windshield replacement. Receptionists are always confused and blaming someone else for their lack of efficiency, work not done in a timely manner, and the business owner and staff are rude. When we called for status update on vehicle they didn't know when the contractor for the windshield was coming. At this point it is already past the date they said it would be done so we wanted a more definitive timeline for this windshield. They said the windshield guy doesn't answer his phone a lot and they'd "try this afternoon sometime." So they're still not respecting our time, the windshield person is apparently unreliable, and we're over it. We paid for the body work that had been completed and asked for our key to go somewhere else for a windshield. They refused to give us our key and said they can't release the vehicle. We let them know we will trailer it so they are not liable for anything and they refused. Then they tried to sneak into our vehicle to go park it somewhere else and we had to get the sheriff's office involved who agreed that we can trailer it off their property. The business owner let us stand in 93° heat for 2 hours just so the sheriff could tell them what we already did instead of just giving their customers back their own vehicle. Needless to say I don't recommend this place if you expect timely service, professionalism, or organization from a business. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE I brought my Infiniti for a repair and repaint and from the initial first glance everything seemed to be good but this was NOT the case. The first issue we noticed was that the molding around the windshield was damaged and not placed correctly, they ignored our calls when we asked them to fix this and had to go to Infiniti of Riverside to get this repaired. The next issue was that the passenger side rear door interior was damaged, there is a visible deep cut in the leather which was not there before. BOTH of these issues were not fixed. After a month of driving we saw that the paint around the headlight was chipping. We had to come back because the paint was chipping significantly. When we came to bring the car the man we spoke to was very nice and he took in the car to fix which was pleasant! But when picking up the car the lady who was there was VERY RUDE. We were told that the repair would have a life time warranty and the lady told us there was no lifetime warranty even though my family and I were all told there was a life time warranty. Not only were we angry about being lied to but when we showed that there were spots on the roof of that car that had tape lines on the clear coat she denied that it was and was offensive. I can't believe that she could be so rude! This was the worst costumer service I've experienced at any auto body shop. We spent a lot of money for this repair and was told the car would be 100% but this was not what we received. Overall the experience was not good, staff was very rude. Treated us like we did not know anything. I do not recommend this place and wish I would've went somewhere else. read more

I would like to thank Ismael and Julie for excellent customer service. They were very understanding and accommodating during the process of having my car repainted. Before I chose a paint shop I shopped around for quit a while and asked as many questions as I could. If you have never repainted a car you should know that there are a lot of factors that go into it. I recommend you take your time and do some research. With that being said I had a great feeling from the first time I spoke with Julie on the phone. When I brought my car in and met Ismael I could tell that they were great people and I felt comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care. Their price for a full color change was unbeatable and very reasonable. Keep in mind I had previously got almost twenty quotes before hand. They started on my car that following week and finished before scheduled, which was very appreciated. There were some minor fixes that I requested to be looked at and they went above and beyond to make me happy and complete the car to my expectations. I highly recommend this shop if you need any kind or paint or body done. They are very nice people and believe in great customer service. read more

I have a beautiful new truck and I hit a large metal box on the freeway and did damage to my front bumper and spoiler . Stay away from this place. Inept and rude staff. Convenient location, but It took them a month and two re-dos to correct their mistakes(over-spray, bubbles) and paint the front end of my car. After recently backing into a brick pillar with my minivan, I needed the help of an auto body repair shop. I called my mechanic and they recommended Mojave Paint and Body in Apple Valley. The previous shop we used is no longer operating, so I had to find someone new and you always just hope for the best! Well, I am pleased to say that I am very happy with all aspects of my repair. From the beginning, Janet at the shop made my experience as easy as possible. She handled phone calls between the insurance adjuster and the car rental place. In fact she set up the reservation for my car rental then she called to extend it when the repair extended beyond the initial car rental period. Janet also drove me to the car rental place the day I dropped off my van because I had kids waiting at home and the car rental place was sluggish in picking me up. Communication from the shop was good and they kept me in the loop. Everything they replaced or repaired looks just as it did when it was new. That's all I really wanted! The paint job is beautiful and hopefully will hold up as well as the original. There is a 2 year warranty but they expect it to look great much longer. As a last nice surprise, when I picked up my vehicle they had washed and waxed it and detailed the whole inside! I was totally expecting to have to take it to a car wash the next day, but that wasn't necessary. I will definitely use Mojave Paint and Body in the future and I highly recommend you give them a try if you need auto body repair. read more

I was a little nervous going here as one review was rather negative. But they were very nice and gave me an estimate that was much lower than another shop that had been recommended to us. Our damage wasn't huge but any body repair is expensive these days. They finished the work as promised. The results were great; the car really looks like new, even with the pearled paint that apparently made it more difficult. I'd definitely recommend giving them a try. read more

If i could put no stars I would. These guys are crooks. I had my car about a block around the corner from their shop and asked them if they could take a look at it and tell me what they thought of the damage. Ishmael (i believe the owner) came and looked at the car and told me that he would tow it to his shop and do a free estimate. I asked how much he charged for towing since I have AAA and could get it towed for free, but he said it was no problem, "he would cover it". So it was towed to their shop on a friday so he could get an idea of what it would take and how long to repair it. I reiterated multiple times that I just wanted him to see what he could do and that there was no guarantee i would have my repair done there. So monday comes and they call me and tell me that they need me to sign a document authorizing repairs. I had decided to take the car to another body shop after asking a few questions about their equipment and just getting vague answers. My wife called and told them that the tow truck from Valley Collision would be coming to pick up my car and they demanded that we pay them $210 for towing and repairs. The girl who runs the office called me and asked why I didn't want my repairs done there and I simply said it was nothing against them, I just know that the car has frame damage and I wanted the repair done somewhere that had a computerized frame machine. She tried reasoning with me saying that they needed the money and even offered to cover my entire $1000 deductible but I respectfully declined. She then said that I would have to pay the $210 ($50 per day storage x 3 and $60 tow fee) in CASH before I could get my car. I told her that I was told the tow and estimate were free and she replied that inside the office there's a sign stating that there is a $50 a day charge. I told her that if thats the case, then charge my insurance company, which I knew she couldn't because I had never signed anything! So my wife tried to reason with them with no luck so she had to call the police to come mediate. The officer told the body shop that they had no paperwork agreeing to any charges or authorizing any work to be done so they had no basis to hold my car "hostage". Still no luck. So the officer told my wife to just pay them the money and take them to small claims court, which is exactly what I am doing. On their website it clearly says "free towing and free estimate", so I was basically charged for not having my car worked on at their shady shop. Steer clear of this place and save yourself the headache. read more
