I brought 2 GPUs in to get fixed -- 1 just had a loose fan, and the other had a firmware issue. Took over 2 weeks for them to get the GPU fan fixed (if it was fixed before then, they failed to contact me to let me know). On top of that, when I took the GPU out of the box, I noticed it was damaged! The tech obviously had dropped it and didn't think it was necessary to tell me! What a way to leave a bad taste in my mouth--lost my trust immediately at this point. We're already a month past when I first brought them in, and I'm STILL waiting on my other GPU! Frankly, I think I'll be going in tomorrow to get it back. I've sent multiple messages through Yelp when I've been busy at work, and they just leave me on "read" with no reply. Do NOT bring your stuff here. They will tell you that you can reach them whenever you'd like--but that definitely wasn't the case for me. You are going to have to do all the work on your end if YOU want an update from THEM. Thinking back, they never even had me sign any type of paperwork for repairs / services.
