Bill, Paul, and Ernesto are all so kind and knowledgeable. We have a very old fire system but they never pushed us to get a new one. It wasn't broken so no need to fix it. It really changes the customer-company relationship when you know you're not constantly being upsold. You can trust that when you're encouraged to upgrade then it's really time. I appreciate how patient and calm Bill is when walking us through tech issues over the phone. You would think Bill is standing with me in person when he's walking me through the diagnostic steps. But after just one phone call with The Remo Group, plus looking at the pictures they have shared here on Yelp of their past work, and you will know you found the best option for a professional installation. Setting up an appointment was super easy, they know just what to do - you can really tell they are very experienced with Starlink installations. The technician who came to my home was very professional. He walked me through options of where the install would be and where we could place the Starlink router. He was able to quickly set up everything and even walk me through the setup of the app and router. You can tell they are very experienced and have a deep knowledge overall of home networking. They really did an amazing job. The dish is mounted very securely and the wiring is extremely clean. They really cared about doing a good job and making sure I was happy. I had an old 65", mounted (too high) on the wall. Anthony knew exactly what needed to be done. They took down the old TV, took off the mount, patched up the old inlet of the conduit, made a new inlet, threaded cables through, mounted the TV lower (with my new mounting bracket), and hauled away the old TV. Anthony has done a lot of work in my building before and knew exactly where the studs would be and that there would be a transverse metal bar that wound make threading cables hard if you were to not know it existed. It was no problem for this pro. I would 100% recommend him to anyone who needs TV mounting or home theater wiring. Very glad I went to him instead of Geek Squad!
