That being said, I am incredibly disappointed with an experience in the cardio/weight room. One of the staff members was so loud and talking to what seemed to be a regular patron. They were so loud, I couldn't even hear the music in my ears! They even put the news on, upped the volume, and started giving commentary. Not professional. In fact, it was infuriating. Upon leaving, I asked to speak to whomever is in charge to put in a formal complaint. They took my name and number, but I never got a call. Probably got thrown out. Despite all this, I go because I love the swim lessons for son. I think everyone else I've dealt with has been nice, but the establishment has definitely been neglected, especially the website!
