For my senior prom, I went here to get my tuxedo and I wanted it to be perfect. To ensure I got everything right, I asked Mr.Zemo if I could try on a couple different jackets and shirts. Every single time I asked for a new one, he groaned and acted like it was so physically taxing to take a jacket off the rack. Isn't that your job? Why should you make the customer feel badly for wanting to try on other options? At one point he even said to me, "the faster you try on the jacket the faster you get out of my store". Dude, I understand acting a bit offensive as part of a gag, but Mr.Zemo continuously crossed the line as it got to a point where I genuinely felt like he didn't want my business. I kept my composure throughout the entire experience which was hard because he was getting on my nerves, and I made sure I was respectful, but I was just interrupted with "WHAT?" Or some other bitterness. The quality of the tux itself was good, aside from some broken buttons on the shirt sleeve. In my opinion, I just regret giving this business my money because Mr. Zemo does NOT deserve it. Go to someone who is kind and willing to help rather than an old man who complains at every given opportunity.

I sent over a quick photo of myself in my current dress jacket and collared shirt, without a tie, and was transferred to David. I explained the situation, he sent me a photograph of options, I selected one, and he arranged delivery on his way home. By 5:45, I was wearing a smart Eton tie and everyone was pleased. Couple of months ago, I saw her misbehaving and arguing with a customer when he was trying to return an item. At that time I didnt think any CS personnel would behave like this to anyone, rather they would go to the extent of understanding the problem. Then I got a first hand experience yesterday, she was aloof, not engaging and lecturing to the extent of ordering around. All I wanted was to return few items alongwith the tags, but she was venting at how the tag is not at the right place, it should be like this, it should be like that etc. And it was not once, every item she picked, she lectured me over and over and when I said, I know you mentioned it before, she flared and told me she will keep telling it. I really wonder if Macy's is really looking at how its customers are being treated, are they given benefit of the doubt, are they being pleasantly and politely addressed, are their needs considered - there's an intention to help and there's what you want me to do about it attitude - and sadly with this lady, its the later. Stamford store should really name this desk from "Customer Service" to "Customer Up yours" department.

I called and they said they were short on pants but pants were sent out on Friday for Saturday (7 days before the wedding). I received the pants on Saturday but they 5 inches bigger in the waist. I called them on Saturday to tell them and the promised to send me the correct size on Monday for Tuesday delivery. When I saw no shipment in process on Tuesday, I went to Men's Warehouse in Stamford and Roxy assured they would come through. On Friday, MW texted me my Tux arrived and I went down but the pants were short. Latisha looks my pants and fixed them perfectly.
