The staff members were nice, yet very dismissive--spent time sizing him, etc. The clerk LIED to me and said they had a different sizing guide that's close to European sizing, which I understand having shopped there and the UK for shoes myself. I wanted, and clearly stated, that we needed the shoes to last 6 months. I wanted to buy a youth size 1, but was LIED to again that the shoe would stretch. I was sold a child size 12. My son grew out of the shoe 6 weeks into an 8 week ballet class. I spent $57 on what I thought would be a quality pair of dance shoes. I also bought multiple pairs of dance shorts and shirts. We tried calling and left several messages with no response. Terrible business practices. This is not how you treat customers. I do not recommend this business to any local dance moms or performers that frequently come through the area looking for quality dance wear. Absolutely disappointed that the clerk thought it was alright to lie to their customer. Owner is not professional at all, very dismissive and just wants to take your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE SCAMMERS

Her way of handling customer issues is disappointing and unprofessional. Not only has she failed to train her staff properly, but she also shifts the responsibility onto customers. Here's what happened: I called ahead to exchange three unopened tights that were too small for my child. I was told they could make an exception, even though tights are usually final sale. I drove 20 minutes to the store, greeted by a woman with glasses who claimed to be the manager. She told me I had to pay the price difference, which I was fine with. But when I asked about the extra 10% student discount that had been applied before, she said it wasn't available because "two discounts can't be combined."She then claimed she had checked my purchase history and that I had never received a student discount. This was completely false!!! When I showed her my receipt with the clearly printed "student 10% off," she backtracked and said that was a mistake by the previous sales associate and that she would speak to that employee. Her excuse? "The system doesn't allow it," and that I was lucky she was even letting me exchange, because tights are "final sale." When I showed her Capezio's official return policy--which clearly states that unopened tights can be returned or exchanged within 30 days--she dismissed it and snapped, I told her English is not my first language, but I can read the policy very clearly. It was right there. She didn't care. She refused to acknowledge it, spoke to me in a rude and sarcastic tone, and said, "Don't change the subject." Her attitude was passive-aggressive, and honestly, I felt disrespected and discriminated against. Finally, she gave me the 10% discount, but wrote "customer complaint" on the receipt and sarcastically said, "You have the best day ever!" This is unacceptable behavior from a store manager. What's ridiculous is that she ended up giving me the discount anyway--so clearly, it was possible all along. But instead of solving the issue with a good attitude, she chose to argue and treat me poorly. In the end, she made a customer angry enough to never come back. All over something that could've been handled with basic respect and professionalism. I want to highlight that Nikki, the sales associate who helped me previously, was kind, helpful, and professional. In fact, every other staff member I've dealt with at this store was better than this so-called manager. I will never shop here, and I strongly advise others to be cautious--especially when dealing with this particular manager.

It is smaller compared to the actual assisted living area, but there seems to be less patients in that part of the facility. Every nurse and cna I encountered while visiting my grandpa was friendly, extremely helpful and had a positive attitude when we asked about him. He has short term memory loss (possible onset dementia) so he doesn't remember what he did throughout the day (or any day before then). But.. I'm happy he's in a place that takes care of him and lets his family know what's going on when we ask for updates and I was able to see this first hand and view the area he's staying in. I will say the inside is a bit out dated, could use a re-vamp esp the rooms. His bathroom had a leaky faucet and the toilet wouldn't stop running. Also the door to get into his room sticks, which makes it hard to open and close. And to get into the memory care side you need to ring the doorbell to be let in. Also plenty of parking up front for visitation of loved ones.

It is basically a cruise ship in a building. They have had to scale back some of the social activities post-COVID, but that is to be expected. The activities director, Kelsey, is amazing. She has been there the entire time and does some super fun activities with the residents. We were able to help out and join in the fun a few times. They have had quite a bit of turnover with staff in the last few years. Some of the new med techs and support staff are learning their positions, but they still do a nice job. They have different levels of care they provide their residents that determine how much the monthly "rent" is. The less assistance you need, the lower the cost. They also have a secure memory care unit for those with advanced memory issues. Overall, we are glad that our family member is there receiving the care they need while being able to feel a sense of independence at this point in their life.
