Never been to a lulu before and was afraid it was all hype. The District location was a great first impression. Not only were we greeted with smiles and friendly service, but it rang through the whole experience. Paige helped me figure out what I was even looking for and what leggings were best for the my lifestyle. She was knowledgeable, professional, yet personable. I wanted to share my recent experience at your store involving an associate named Sophia. I was attempting to return a backpack that I hadn't used, but after realizing it didn't have a luggage handle as I expected, I decided to exchange it for something else--potentially even a higher-priced item. Unfortunately, Sophia's response was extremely rude and confrontational. I explained that the tags had been accidentally thrown away but that the item was in perfect condition. Despite being a frequent Lululemon customer who rarely makes returns, I was treated dismissively. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and left me feeling quite uncomfortable. I've always appreciated the quality of both Lululemon's products and service, so this interaction was especially disappointing. I was apprehensive after reading some negative reviews with the staff here. As I walked in and stood in line, a gentleman was kindly working with a woman and her kids. My daughter is now old enough to wear Lululemon, so we made a stop here in between dance competition. I let my wife do the shopping which was great. The only issue I had was with greeting people as they walk. A simple "Hello" would be nice. I mean, the clothes here are not inexpensive so a little Hello goes a long way. Lululemon seems to attract certain types of employees so, I'm not surprised their staff are unfriendly to guests. What surprised me was how rude they were to their coworkers who were actually helping guests. Seems like a mean girls club because I didn't see any of them helping guests. If you're gonna huddle for meetings, you might not want to do so on the floor. The blonde lady also needs retraining because not only is she rude to her fellow coworkers but, she is also very misinformed about shipping timelines for purchases made in-store. I was given an estimate of 3 business days and ended up waiting 3 weeks. She was well aware of the urgency in needing to receive my items and did not care enough to verify the estimated delivery date at checkout. read more

I love this location. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. They have a large selection for women and men to choose from. They nicely lay out all the accessories and shoes. The location is no longer a pop up, so I guess that's good. Not sure if staff drastically changed because of that, but my last two in-person shopping there was not the same as previous experiences. Before it was welcoming and knowledgeable. Now it's a meh attitude that they can't be bothered with knowing there's a market for their products. Honestly, if I have to go in person it's probably because I'm trying a new item and wanted to try on the fitting. I used to be welcomed and acknowledged when I come in. Now the employees just walk by you and are too busy chatting amongst themselves. It was such a contrast from what I know LuLuLemon to be. Lastly, why are store hours not posted outside the store? It's so easy to do especially if your shopping in person. It's not hard to find a substitute for leggings and yoga pants at a fraction of the price, but that's not why I shop there. This new corner location just a few doors down from the original pop up location is beautiful! So happy to have this spacious and elegant store be a permanent fixture at The District. It's what they needed and what we've been asking for. Parking is super easy and such a short walk to the store itself. With Sephora, REI, Williams Sonoma, Anthropologie, Shake Shack, Coffee Bean, and others on the promenade, you could easily bring the whole fam for a meal and shopping at their favorite store. What's even more inviting? The staff here is super friendly and eager to lend a helping hand. I went in there to shop and try on some pants I had seen online. I tried on the pants walked out to show my boyfriend and the first thing the team member tells me is "do you need a bigger size" NO!!! That's not good customer service, what you ask is "did they fit ok" "how do you like them? " Not do you need a bigger size? It left a very bad impression. I didn't get her name. I came to this Lululemon pop up store. You have to scan the QR code at the window and sign up to the waiting line as there's a 1 person only store policy. I did and it was quite a long wait so I went shopping meanwhile. When I came back, I was helped by excellent staff. However all items present are limited, both size as color. But they scan and tell you if it is online or at other stores available. I wanted something on the spot. Another thing I noticed is that everything is dirty from being tried on. But as I wanted it right there, I settled for that as I wanted my items. This is something that I however find unacceptable for such an expensive brand. If I pay $98 for leggings and $48 for a sports bra I'd like it to be clean at least.... everything else great except for the wait and dirt... read more

This isn't necessarily this store location's fault but more a company wide complaint, but the online representatives wouldn't provide me a way to leave feedback so I'll just do it here. In August I went in to this location to use a gift card a friend had given me a few months prior for my birthday. I was waiting to lose a little bit more weight to pick out something I really wanted. I scratched off my gift card literally while I was in the store to use it to pay for my items which would have exceeded the gift card amount, and I was told it had a zero balance. I explained there's no way this is possible since I am the one who just opened the package and scratched off the code right now. The cashier provided me with a phone number and said there's a gift card team who can track the history of the card and hopefully provide a digital credit to make up for the likely fraudulent use of the card. I was told someone would get back to me in 3 business days. Of course no one did, so I called again. I was told to email pictures of the front and back of the card. Again a week went by. I followed up again. I was told their policy states the company is not responsible for lost or stolen cards or cards used without permission. This puts the blame on the customer - that we didn't handle it with enough care rather than admitting this was an act of fraud. They advised me to file a police report. When I wasn't happy with this response, I received the same recited, generated responses every time I tried to ask more questions. When they finally got tired of me pushing the issue, they stated the case is closed and stopped responding to my emails. I attempted a few more times to obtain more information and suggested a company that charges such insanely high prices for workout clothes should have some sort of reserve funds available for this type of unfortunate situation, as the cashier in the store had hinted, but again my emails were ignored and my case was closed without me having any sort of resolution. They were able to tell me the exact date my card was used - and all of my other purchases and history are in my app and nothing was purchased that day. They refused to tell me the location it was used , as I'm sure it would further prove it was the result of gift card fraud or scam. It was a pretty substantial gift card, and the part that frustrates me most is the person who was kind enough to gift it to me is out the money while the company still profits with no empathy or willingness to help a customer who has spend hundreds or more in the store as seen in my online account. I guess I will be adding gift cards immediately to online accounts as soon as I receive them, and I definitely will not be supporting this business in the future. The more affordable brands such as Old Navy, Target and Amazon have plenty of comparable selections for the average active hard working person to be able to better afford anyway. read more

I'm new to the Lululemon brand. I wanted to try out a few of their jackets and pullovers since it's still in season. Unfortunately the items didn't work out and when I went to return them they told me they couldn't accept the return. I have the receipt and tags attached and told me that I had to have my "physical" card with me. Which in this case the card I use is always on my phone. I explained to them the situation that I have the card on my phone and it's the same card that I paid with. Basically gave me the cold shoulder and told me they couldn't do it because it will get declined. I told him that I have another card with my name on it that I could use. Pretty much told me there's no other option except the gift card which I didn't want. I decided to go over to Fashion Show Mall and was able return to my items. It was almost a totally different experience. They were so helpful and never asked to have my card physically, and the payment I used automatically went back on the card. If you're looking to return anything, I would stay away from this store. I also would shop at Fashion Show Mall from now on compared to this location. read more

I got lululemon gift card from this location for my birthday for $250 with receipt validation and when i went to used it the card was drained of all the money. Beware of buying gift cards here because it is very likely someone who works there is scamming with the gift cards. They were unable to help and didn't seem sympathetic at all and we had to go through customer service on the phone. This location is sketchy and the people that work there. Just give someone cash or buy them the actual gifts because you could lose your money using the gift cards!! read more

Came into the store wearing a mask and was shopping with my family when I was approached by a younger male salesperson who asked to to get another mask or leave the store. I asked why I would need a other mask and he stated he didn't think my mask was good enough. I noted the young man had on a mask but was not covering his face. I have been working through this entire pandemic and know the seriousness of it and I followed the rules posted on their door. When I read "pop up"- I thought it was going to be 1/10 of the size and selection. What a great surprise! This location had leggings, joggers, hoodies, tanks, yoga mats, and a great selection of sports bras (oh! And a substantial men's section too). Mica helped me find a pair of workout pants that were flattering and appropriate for hot yoga. She was kind, courteous, and helpful. She was not, at all, pushy... While in the store for over 10 min, and being acknowledged prior by the "manager" with no concern, she now has an issue with my face shield. Although it covered my nose and mouth, it was brought to my attention that they do not approve "face shields" as a form of PPE. Although NOT a "law" in the state of Nevada, and no care nor concern for a person with an underlying health condition, I was forced out of the store. I've never had any issues or concerns at any other business in Las Vegas. Stating several times politely to the manager that I am unable to were a full face mask, while still having a face shield on, I was denied service. Management at this location and as a representative of this company, I am thoroughly disgusted with this companies disregard and this managers lack of understanding for those individuals who choose to wear face coverings, despite the mandated and UNlawful demand of face covering! Remember, this is NOT a law!!!! And per the Nevada regulations, individuals with underlying health conditions DO NOT have to disclose their health condition. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION and this manager should be terminated IMMEDIATELY for lack of understanding and compassion. Very poor customer service!!! read more
