Each class has a curriculum of skills to master. Their most popular day is Tuesday, when they offer both salsa and bachata classes for all levels. They also their dance social at 10pm that day. Shoutout to the instructors, especially Hannah, Michael, Morgan, Joseph, Kaitlyn, Marcus, and Favian - they are all fabulous! I would also highly recommend taking private lessons with them to accelerate your learning and get personalized feedback.

It's like a Zumba class... but with music video dancer choreo to contemporary songs you actually WANT to dance to. Every class has a palpable buzz of energy, enthusiam, and community love. Coming back to ballet as a teen was tough, and I was struggling to find classes that would accommodate my beginner status and more advanced age (compared to the younger kids that would be in the same level) elsewhere. I was very pleasantly surprised when I called the lovely front desk there and learned that there was a perfect class for me! My instructors have been incredible and always kind and supportive, and I can't wait to continue dancing with them! I've grown so much as a dancer with this establishment, and it has brought so much joy to me! I would like to add that I once experienced a panic attack during class due to external stress with school, and the staff handled it perfectly and helped me out so much! They are also always willing to help with scheduling and leveling issues. I love this place and will continue to dance with them until I graduate in two short years!

I recently took Jacki's class and while she is a pro, I did not feel awkward and she plays great music to relax you and get you in the mood. When I left her class, I was beyond sore, but in a good way. The sheer amount of upper body strength it takes to move on the pole is insane, but the pain is worth it. They offer classes 7 days week which makes it easy for you to find a class that suits you. I will caution you to book early, as the spots are limited and fill up fast.

It has been a breath of fresh air having small classes at One - 6 to 10 kids - where the teacher can really focus, teach and correct. My daughter looks forward to all her classes - and it is a lot! - but her technique and skill have improved more than I can say! She looks confident and strong on stage. She wants to continue and eventually make it on point. The other students at the studio are wonderful as are the teachers. It really is a very positive and supportive place to dance.
