I emailed again and called then left a message, again no response from them. I was really disappointed. And frantically trying to figure out what to do with 8 guests coming to my Minda for High Tea. I had to buy some items at Home Goods. I never realized my mom had her own set of China that she's had for 30 years. It was the first time she used them. It worked out in the end. However, I'm really disappointed with the level of customer or shall I rephrase, the lack of/nonexistent customer service. All the referrals for balloons events, Google searches, along with Yelp that we reached out to were completely booked. Apparently balloon events should be secured 8 weeks or more out. Another vendor we were in communication with delayed the process of signing a contract for the event with us. They were too busy but didn't tell us they were fully booked but led us on with the possibility they will cater to our event. The last night before the event, I found Sapphire Events on Craigslist. Sapphire Events were prompt with email and text communication and we signed a contract less then 24 hours before event. Sapphire came out early to do the set up the next day and even threw in a huge Moon Balloon (easily $30 value) for the one year old birthday party. Sapphire Events were life savers for our party. Without their 8 feet x 8 feet balloon backdrop, there would of been missed moments for photo opportunities for the 85 guest in attendance.
